Very efficient, technically advanced and easy to do business with. Tackled a formidable stump with a huge root ball and a lot of tangled roots with no problem.

Ben called ahead of time and let me know when he would be arriving. He was friendly, professional, asked a few questions to clarify what i needed done and then got right to work. It was a little tricky due to some large rocks near the stump, but he navigated it perfectly. He was in and out in 30 minutes. Great work and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of stump removal services.

I called Ben on a Tuesday and he was able to get out here the following Friday. He ground 16 stumps for me, some large and had many large roots at the surface. Very good experience. I wasn’t in a big hurry to get the job done so waited until he had something in the area. When the time came the work was done perfectly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend AND use again.

Courteous; responsive and professional service. I was impressed at how quickly I could get the work scheduled. Ben called earlier to confirm the appointment and the followed up with another phone call to indicate that he could arrive early due to his completing another job earlier than expected. He removed 7x 6-8 inch diameter stumps and cleaned up by racking his work area and back-filling the shallow holes, all within about 35 minutes or so. Ben showed up within 1hr of my Home Advisor request! He was very friendly and worked efficiently! I had 3 stumps ground. 2 of them were near the utilities on the property line and he was able to grind them a few inches below grade with no worries! Very pleased with everything!

Ben, at GA 400 Stump Grinding, was great to work with. I received a return call within 2 hrs of submitting my 4:30 pm online request. I described the scope of the work and he was able to give me a verbal proposal while we were on the phone - a price that I considered fair for the project. He committed to completing the work the next day and was on site by noon after finishing a previous job. He was quick and efficient in his work, and on his way. Ben fully met my expectations.
