GA 400 Stump Grinding

Immediate response to my home advisor inquiry, excellent customer service.

The job was not completed. The guy was stung by some bees and stopped working which was understandable. He called and said he would come back and finish the job. In the meantime we had an exterminator come out and spray the area of the beehive. Two days later Ben texted us he was coming to finished his work but instead only came to get paid. He did not do anymore work on the rest of the stumps. He only took $100 off for not completing the job which there were several more stumps left in our backyard. We are now left with a mess and will need to hire another company to finish what this company did not fulfill. We do not not recommend this company to anyone because they are not reliable to their job agreement.

Left Ben a message on A Fri. He reached back out on Sat and set up job and price for Monday. He was prompt, customer oriented, and fixed another company s botched job. I now have a stump guy.
