Tim called me, and introduced himself telling me that he would be the technician doing the work. He came to the house on time. He came prepared to go ahead and give me analysis of what needed to be done and the cost for it. He was able to then tell me a date that he would be returning to complete the work needed to be done.and he came when he was supposed to and complete the work. Nothing was out of order. His work was very professionally done. The work was completed on time, Tim's goal has been to make sure that I was satisfied with the work that was done. I recommend him, and will use him again. By the way tim is the owner of the company. Also as he did the work he would send me pictures of what was being done during the treatment.

Tim Williams was very prompt in showing up when he said he would, and he did a great job of explaining exactly what the work entailed and how long it would require.

Talked to Tim about my project, they were there very next day, did the air quality and mold check, everything looked besides little bit increase in humidity level and recommended what to do. Very nice company and specially Tim, charged me nothing as they inspection was free and nothing was needed to be done on their part. Highly recommended and appreciate Tim.
