The owner and his team were wonderful and did outstanding work. I am a single female and was cautious of anyone being in my home to do any work. Renovations LTD was very respecful, punctual and performed above my expectations. My floors look great and the workmanship is above anything I have seen from other contractors in my home.  I hired this team to lay laminate flooring and work on wood rot around my door frames on the outside of my home.  They went above and beyond, helping me pick my florring and samples along with arraging pick up and delivery.  The price included installation of the laminate flooring and transitions for 580 sq ft on the main floor of my home where I have a kitchen, living area, 1/2 bath and hallway; all trim and paint to match the baseboards; wood rot replacement/fill/paint on two outside doors frames; and a new front door. They even moved all furniture and included cleaning/dusting of the main floor. I have scheduled the contractor for outside deck staining and repair in the upocoming weeks after seeing what a great job they did on my neighbors fence and deck. I would highly reccommend this business for all home repair needs.

After dealing with 'no shows' and finally getting 3 written estimates, this is the company I choose and I'm extremely pleased. Before the work even begins it is important to have a relationship built on respect, respect of time and for someone's home. Jim kept his appointments, kept me abreast of any developments and his process. He kept to his estimate and informed me upfront of any possible price differences he might experience while performing the job. I felt very comfortable with him and this team at my home.

My deck was brushed/rolled and the fence was sprayed, the end result is beautiful. When I vacillated between colors and type of stain he stepped in and aided me. The workmanship is top notch, you can see this team takes pride in their work. It might not mean much to others but I truly appreciated they cleared off remaining items on my deck and returned the items back onto the deck.

It was truly a pleasant experience working with the Renovations team. I look forward to our next project together.

We have wanted this second closet for years! We chose Renovations, LTD after talking with several other companies. We based our decision on price, the smooth quoting process and the fact that Jim understood our vision. Other companies we had spoken with seemed to want to make the project way more complicated than it needed to be. Jim and his crew handled everything from framing, electrical, drywall, trim, painting and clean up. A pocket door was installed which is perfect because it doesn't take up any space in either the bedroom or the closet. The closet honestly looks like it has always been there! We were extremely pleased throughout the entire process - from quote to completion. Our next project will be rather large and will include adding on to two levels of our home including a new kitchen. We will absolutely be using Jim for the project and can't wait to get started!
