Description of Work: I have had some fairly minor plumbing repairs to do so I bought the Groupon for service some weeks ago.. I was finally home long enough to schedule service for perpetually slow drains in the master bath. DIY products were not solving the problem. They came the day after I called, arrived early, and got everything fixed very quickly. I would use them again if I have more issues, especially if I have a more involved repair.

I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and do work and they were a "no show" and never called. After attempting to contact for a refund, they said we will be refunded the money and I never received a check after waiting 3 months.

Description of Work: Well the guy w/wife came out, look at my kitchen ceiling leak & decided it was from an upstairs toilet continuly running so he said the leak may stop if the float is changed out, he changed the float & stated if it continue we can call him back out to cut a hole in the ceiling & search for the leak. So for the amount we spent on the Angie big deal all that would cover changing of the float, & if we decide to go further with finding the leak, give him a call.

Description of Work: Can only comment on responsiveness, not actual worked performed. I called and left messages twice on Sat. Never received a return phone call. You would think with a name like 24/7 and with the volumes of positive Angie's List reviews this company would be a sure thing!

Description of Work: it was great. They set up my appointment and arrived on time. Rodney looked at my current toilet and pointed out that it was an older low flow toilet. He adjusted the water level so it used less water, fixed the chain which was making it run, and left. He said the toilet was fine and I didn't need a new one. He refused to let me pay him for fixing the chain. They were great. They were also responsive to my request for the refund. I somehow missed the email you sent, which I just now located. Very Friendly and professional. I will use them again!
