Description of Work: They provided an additional estimate for additional work on a utility sink in the basement and a showerhead replacement. Because the house is over 50 years old any plumbing work disturbs the sediment accumulated in the pipes and may actually just break off the pipes, so I appreciated the possibility of additional work due to the repair of old piping included in the estimate. He installed a bathroom faucet replacement at the coupon cost.

Description of Work: 24/7 Plumbing did a great job in the installation and it was a really good price. They came on time, were quick, and left things looking clean. The only negative I would state is that the toilet itself gets clogged frequently and requires plunging several times a week. If I was to do it again, I would try to upgrade to a better quality toilet than the one in the Angie's List deal. I guess the bottom line is that you get what you pay for - I got great service put a subpar toilet.

Description of Work: He lied to me about what was wrong with my water heater in order to get me to spend more money then I needed to. Luckily I looked up what he was telling me before I spent $1,000.00. When he was confronted about his lie he was extremely rude. I would never let him into my house again. I am sure he has ripped off many trusting customers.
