They were on time and very polite. He took his shoes off and answered all my questions about the plumbing in the house. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would give them five stars. The price was great; you can’t get a plumber to come out to your house for $49.

They were able to set up the appointment very quickly, on a Sunday nonetheless. The plumber that came over was very friendly and professional. He took care of what he needed to do efficiently and didn't try to up-sell me any other services. 2 of our toilets were running and replacing the flappers solved the problems...he could have easily told me that a more complicated repair was needed, but he didn't so I appreciated the honesty.

A nice gentelman worked hard and eficient. He talked a bit too muchfor my taste but nothing bothersome or inapropiate. He knew his trade well enough.

It did not go well. First, I had an appointment for 9:00am and they did not show up so at 10:00am, I called to get an update. The receptionist told me that they were at another customer site and had not anticipated an extensive job, so that is what caused them to run late. I am fine with that but they should have contacted me to let me know the cirumstances. They showed up sometime later and then proceeded to do their inspections to provide me with a quote. The representative that was there called the owner and gave me a quote on a rebuild for all four toilets versus a rebuild on one toilet. The numbers were not jiving so I asked questions. I also asked about the coupon that I purchased and how it factored in. I ended up paying them $106.00 on top of the coupon that I purchased, which I feel that I should not have paid. Long story short, lesson learned for me. I will never call them up for future service nor will I recommend them to anyone else. The one bright spot was the two guys that worked on my toilets. They were very nice and,unfortunately, were the face of the plumbing company which put them in a bad spot.

They were very nice, they put covers on their shoes. There were two service people and I liked them both. However, I found the problem was not fixed. They also charged me more than they said they would on my credit card.

The plumber was late for our appointment, but he called to tell me he was held up on another job and apologized for the inconvenience; and to compensate for his lateness, he did not charge me for parts when he made the needed repairs.

This was a great experience - good value and both plumbing technicians were very professional. Excellent - highly recommend them.

He had to make two trips to the Home Depot for the things he needed but he didn't seem to mind and he was very nice to my inquisitive cat! A very good deal and a very nice man.

We made an appointment to have 2 hose bibs replaced and were told that a plumber would be at our home between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm and would call an hour before. We did not here from them untill 6:00 pm and no one showed up untill 7:30. The plumber then asked what we needed, and mentioned an additional charge. The price quoted for replaceing the hose bib nozzels (which we provided) was exorbitant. If this is a proffesional company, I hate to see an unproffessional one.

This job was done as an "Angie's Big Deal". It took about a week to set up a time. The plumber who came was very qualified and competent.

They came out and did not find a leak, and now my ceiling has fallen in due to the leak. They did not do any service work, I would like my money back.

I had Reliable Plumbing give me estimates and almost went with them after they quoted me $634.00 to complete my job. Then the 24/7 Plumbing company quoted me $600 for this job. The 24/7 Plumbing company quoted me $700.00 originally with -$100.00 discount & -$69.00 Angie's List coupon fee to equal $531.00. The owner gave me the impression that the job would be $600.00. When the fellow finished the job he gave me my invoice and the labor was $531.00 with parts $149.00. I provided the sink, faucet, trap & some pipe. Why didn't he tell me up front that there might be an additional fee for parts? He gave me the impression that this job would be $531.00 only and no additional fees. The Angie's List coupon I purchased for $69.00 said I was supposed to get $265.00 of free plumbing plus free whole house inspection neither of which I received. [EDIT AS OF SEPTEMBER 15TH] The owner called me this morning after reading my review. He explained to me that the technician made a mistake when charging me the extra $149.00 and they will be refunding it to me. I have changed all my ratings to A's for that reason

I had new counter tops installed in two bathrooms; the guys from 24/7 came out and installed my new faucets. My house being 35 years old they had to replace the pipes under the sinks. One of the faucet would not fit the new counter top, so they ordered the part to extend the faucet to fit the new counter top. Great service at a great price, I will be calling them back soon for another plumbing job.

Ronnie kept me apprised of his arrival and then quickly completed the job. he did a great job and kept the price down. 24/7 is a great company to work with.

In my opinion, the coupon contained misleading information. After clarifying the contradictory wording of the Angie's coupon in a conversation with the owner, the work was done. In the end, approximately $50 was subtracted from the total bill. I'm not certain that the wording of the advertising coupon was the mistake of the owner or Angie's list. The technicians were courteous and worked hard to complete the jobs. I provided all of the needed supplies except for some PVC pipe. Essentially the cost was labor for installation.

Checked the toilets,drains, and hot water heater for leaks. Adjusted water level in toilets. Replaced the water pressure valve for the water coming into the house. The water pressure valve was not working and was allowing 150psi coming into the home from the street. After replacement of the water pressure valve the psi was reduced to 50psi. The two plumbers were very professional and cleaned up afterward. They showed me the damaged valve and the replacement valve. Before they left they rechecked everything to make sure all plumbing fixtures were working properly. I would definitely hire this company again for anhy plumbing needs.

A pipe in my basement seemed to have a terrible leak, and It flooded my basement. On Sunday morning, I contacted 24/7 Plumbing so that they could investigate and fix the problem. The owner, Ronnie, chose to complete the job. He arrived promptly, was courteous, and tried to find the least expensive way to correct the problem. He went step by step through each method to analyze the problem and correct it in the least invasive manner. He carefully explained every step of his process before he completed the step, so I was clear about what was happening. Ronni was easy going and willing to answer any questions that I had. Eventually though, because the blockage was so deep and so severe, he had to get a large machine to run a cable to clear the clog. Even though he went through several steps and attempts to clear the stoppage, he only charged me for the work with the successful attempt. After he completed the original job, as a part of the Angie's List Coupon, he did a complete inspection of all the plumbing in my house. He even checked the water pressure and the water heater. He also gave me estimates on the cost of replacing my cast iron pipes. Overall, I am quite pleased with his work, his attitude, and his professionalism. I would recommend 24/7 Plumbing to any of my friends.

Overall it was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way. He told me he was going to try to repair it with out cutting through the drywall and they did. I was very pleased.

This was an awesome experience! I initially called the plumber at 10:30pm on Saturday night. A toilet was loose and leaking due to a broken flange. Rodney answered the phone and gave me the option of having the repair completed that night or the next morning. I chose Sunday morning. He arrived and reparied/installed the toilet = $175.00. We discussed the recent sewer back up issues and he recommended a camera to be inserted into the line. This was completed Sunday afternoon. Rodney then communicated the price of reparing the line. All work was completed on Sunday. Cost of the sewer line repair = $500.00. For $675.00 we had a toilet repaired and installed, a camera inspection of the sewer line, and a sewer line repair. Another company quoted us $400.00 just for a camera inspection. Rodney and associates were all courteous and friendly. They also had a great sense of humor. Rodney even took the time to explain the situation to our 11 year old son. We were thoroughly satisfied and will make 24/7 our plumber of choice from now on!

Water was bubbling up in my front yard near our water meter. I called the county water department to let them know there was a water leak. Two county men came out and said yes you have a water leak, but it's between the meter and the house, therefore not water authority responsibility. .So, I checked Angie's List for a local plumber with a good rating who also works 24/7 .I found 24/7 Plumbing in Conyers GA, called them and explained the problem .Ronnie asked me when I wanted him to come out, and if today was good. I told him that today would be great. He arrived about 1/2 hour earlier than he predicted, and had the leak located and repaired in less than an hour .He gave prompt, friendly, high quality service at a price I feel was very good. The bottom line is that I'm VERY happy with the service I received from 24/7 Plumbing and will call them for any future plumbing repairs I need.I highly recommend them.

We had a leak at the water meter. After checking Angie's List, I found 24/7 Plumbing listed as being very near my home. Further research on the web noted that they did not charge extra for nights/weekends. I called them and Rodney said he was on another call but would be able to be at my home within 3 hours. He and his assistant showed up over an hour earlier than estimated! He quickly identified the leak issue, and made the necessary repairs within a very short time. His actual fee was less than his original estimated charge.They were quick to arrive, pleasant to work with, and explained everything that needed to be done. Additionally, he gave us some "free" advice about some other plumbing issues we've had and told us how to repair them ourselves.I highly recommend Rodney Middlebrooks at 24/7 Plumbing and would recommend him above ANY other plumbers we have previously used. The best part of his service is that, although he covers the entire Atlanta area, he is CLOSE BY ! HERE IN Conyers!

They are on Angie's List. The other guy didn't know how to connect my sink to the disposal; but 24/7 Plumbing guy was here in two hours and fixed it.
