Have used 24/7 b4fore and was very pleased with the job.

Very efficient and professional. Thought price might be a little too high but the quality of the job was excellent.

The only hitch was that the arrival time was well after the time given. Other than that, the two men came, saw what needed to be done and did the work quickly.

Technician arrived on time. Performed services requested professionally and in timely manner. Also provided feedack of future services I may need to consider as house gets older.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and I felt that he was honest and trying to save me additional fees and time.

On time - professionally dressed - friendly and courteous - unclogged bathroom drain - installed flange - worked efficiently - couldn't have asked for more.

Junior and his partner arrived over an hour late, but he called ahead to let me know he was delayed. I would rather have a late arrival than have to reschedule the appointment. Removing the old kitchen faucet proved to be difficult because of very old, rusty bolts, but 24/7 Plumbing charges by the job and not by the hour, so the additional time required to remove the old faucet didn't cost any more. When the main water shut off valve was turned back on after the new faucet was installed, it leaked profusely. Junior offered to stay even later to fix it rather than leave me with no water overnight, for which I was grateful. He had the new valve installed in about an hour. I was very happy with their professionalism and courtesy and appreciated their sense of humor. I would not hesitate to use them again.

He arrived on time and true to commitment called ahead. He came in looking professional and asked the right questions. He immediately jumped into the work, solving the safety problem first (studor vent). He then did an inspection of the overall plumbing and besides the shower and garbage disposal issues, he found one toilet with a very slight leak. Since we don't hear water re-filling in the tank, this didn't seem worth fixing right now. He asked why the water heater was set so high - i assumed (we're in a rental) that the shower problem of not getting hot water made them turn it to the highest setting. He mentioned it was dangerous for scalding and i had him set it to normal. He drained the base of the heater (there was a lot of "gunk" that drained out). Our shower was installed incorrectly and the Kohler faucet started at HOT and you had to keep turning it to get cold to mix. In addition, the mix was wrong, so the shower never got hot (in spite of the water heater issue above). So he pulled it apart and was able to fix it so it works properly - starts with cold, hot water comes out normally and the shower is plenty hot. Onto the garbage disposal - it was shot. Small holes all of the body of the disposer and it took quite a bit of time to remove it as it was rusted in place. He went out for me and picked up the disposal replacement - pretty much like for like. He reviewed the bill with me, including the deductions as i bought the big deal special, and all was in order. I would have like to see it a bit lower cost (I was expecting about a $320 cost) - but in the big scheme of things maybe its best to pay a bit more for high quality and professionalism. I would recommend them and use their services again. One note that would be good for the company to improve service and why I rated professionalism a B and not A - it would be great if you wear "booties" when entering someones home. It sends a very clear message that you care about the property and don't bring street dirt in. I don't see it much in the south, it is common practice in the NE.

24/7 has a great sense of humor and work very hard!

I took advantage of a coupon deal, and contacted 24/7 Plumbing to schedule the re-installation job for a bathtub spigot. Although the job looked relatively simple, the spacing tolerances were so tight that I didn't trust my own abilities to come up with a proper fix if anything went wrong. 24/7 came up with a date quickly, and the guys showed up right on schedule. They were courteous and very professional, and explained how they were going to proceed, answering all the questions I had. The fix was done immediately and cleanly, and I've had no problems with the installation since then.

Overall, the service was very good. The plumber (Junior) was on time, very knowledgeable and very friendly. My only "complaint" is that it took two weeks to get an appointment. Fortunately, we have more than one bathroom, so we could "make it" without a functioning master bathroom toilet. But, I did think it was odd - and a bit of an inconvenience - to have to wait two weeks for an appointment time.

Very good experience from the first conversation with Audrey, dispatcher, who was nice and extremely helpful. My initial visit was schedule on Sunday for flush and stopper repair, but by Saturday I had a major emergency which required attention quickly. Audrey made arrangements for another plumbing company that was available to come out and take care of the situation. I was very thankful. Overall experience was educational and I am pleased with all the work that was done.

Audrey at 24/7 gets a "A" !!!! She could have not been any nicer and considering the customer interacts with the Scheduling Coordinator and not the specific service provider, her job is paramount. I can be cranky and a penny pincher. Audrey made sure she accounted for every dime and if she thought I may be unclear, she asked. I like that, I like Audrey and you will like 24/7 plumbing. Keep Up The Good Work !!!!

Ok for the water heater flush but would not consider it a good value for any future needs.

They came to fix a pipe leak from upstairs bathroom. Cut hole as was requested in kitchen ceiling to see bathroom pipes and discovered it was a caulking issue instead of a pipe leak and showed me where it was possible seal around bathtub as opposed to pipe leak. I felt they were very honest and could have charged me to fix a pipe but instead told me what it was and cleaned up the mess from the ceiling. I was impressed with their honesty and thoroughness as well as helping to make sure it was cleaned up to the way it was before the job started. Would definitely hire them again!

It went pretty well overall. I'm happy that my 2 toilets are working well again. Didn't really enjoy spending an extra $95 for a fill valve, but was still cheaper than another plumber (Superior Plumbing) that wanted to charge $220 just to replace 2 flappers - which cost about $2 each and take less than 5 minutes to replace. Overall it is hard to find a plumber that does honest work at a reasonable price. 24/7 did a good job and wasn't quite as outrageous on price as some plumbers so I'd probably use them again.

Work was done quickly and professionally and we are please with the service done.

The technician (Junior is the name on our receipt) came in and checked the toilets. We had one that gets "stuck" after a flush and the water will continue to run. The other toilet serviced was in good shape but we felt it needed a good checkout anyway. Neither had a problem with the handle to the flapper. First, the technician did not have the parts to work on the toilets, so had to go to a nearby store to buy new flappers. The flappers were never a problem, and I could have done that work myself. I was hoping that on the toilet mechanism that gets "stuck", he would have made an adjustment or at least recommended even at a slightly additional cost that the water inlet and overflow mechanism be replaced. This was not done. Today, that toilet STILL sticks and we STILL have water running until we go into that bathroom, take the lid off of the tank, and wiggle the mechanism. As for the other toilet upstairs, the chain from the handle to the flapper is now too long, and it gets caught under the flapper occasionally. This causes the flapper not to seal correctly, and where we had no problem in the beginning, now we do have one. We are VERY disappointed with this service. As for the hot water heater flush, I assume this was done properly. We do still have hot water at present, so at least that was done competently. But when a plumber comes to your home and does not even have the most basic parts to a simple toilet (like the flapper), and then cannot see that clearly there is a mechanical issue where the water does not turn off after the tank fills, then in my book this is not a plumber that I want coming back out to my home. We are extremely disappointed with this deal!

24/7 Plumbing will be our only plumber!!! Junior was very nice and professional.. he was late in arriving but we didn't mind due to the reason (they had an emergency main line break call at 4 am that backed up their set appointments) and because Audrey kept us informed as to what was happening, I think some businesses forget that customers understand kinks in schedules as long as they stay informed and are not left waiting and wondering, 24/7 Plumbing get it!! That level of customer service was vital to our happiness in the overall service. My husband was VERY impressed with the quality of work and the time in which it was completed. We would highly recommend them and will most certainly call them again! Thanks so much!

He is good. They were on time and very professional. They did what they said they were going to do. Everything is working. I would recommended them and use them again.

The first time, they had an emergency and they canceled. The second time, something came up and they got here so late, he could only look at the work, couldn’t do anything. The third time, he came and did the service and was very nice.

Well, I'm going off of what my tenant told me, in her words, the technician showed up on time and was very pleasant. He inspected the toilets and put new flappers in the ones that needed to be replaced. She asked him about the water pressure and he was able to increase that as well. She told me she was very pleased with the whole process.
