Overall it was fine for a meet and greet but not so good as a demonstration of a licensed plumber identifying my problem.

Technician called while enroute and said he would be there in 15 minutes. He made it in 10 minutes. Went right to work and took care of business. He was very professional. Shortly before the technician was ready to leave the owner of 24/7 Plumbing came by to make sure we were satisfied. You can not get any better customer service than that. The price was right for all the work that was done. I would definitely use their services again.

Best deal and experience I have had with a plumbing service.

Overall, the experience was good, however one of the toilets leaked after they replaced the "guts" on it. We came come that evening and water was dripping from our kitchen ceiling (the hall bathroom is right above the kitchen). We called 24/7 and they came out and fixed the leak. It took them about another week or so to get back out to fix the drywall on the ceiling and paint the ceiling. We Also, now one of the toilets is leaking again (my wife just told me when I called her to discuss the review). We have not called 24/7 back to have them come out and fix that yet... Overall, I liked the service of 24/7 and would use them again.

I had several projects that I wanted to do. However, their prices were so high for very basic plumbing needs, that I just went with the most urgent. The workmanship was good, but they did not give me the impression that they cared, and the prices quoted were excessive, especially with several projects proposed.

The 2-man crew completed the job in about an hour. I was happy to get this done before Christmas. Although the original projected timeframe was delayed by a couple of hours, their office kept me informed of the status, and the crew called when they were on their way.

Perfect! Just one suggestion: some boot covers would be greatly appreciated. I would definitely rate this company as a perfect "A". Thank you!

The major thing he did was a kitchen faucet replacement and a whole house plumbing check. He went above and beyond and could not have been nicer.

I purchased an Angie's List deal which is how I came to use 24/7 Plumbing. I am so pleased! Rodney replied immediately to all my emails before I had even committed to the deal. He showed up promptly on the day of the appointment, and his professionalism and friendliness immediately put me at ease. He removed our old toilet, installed the new water supply valve and line and our new toilet, then completed the job by leaving our bathroom very clean. When I expressed concern about work done by a previous plumber on another toilet, he didn't hesitate to check it out without adding any expense to me. I have found a trusted plumber and am so happy to highly recommend 24/7 Plumbing.

My tree in the front yard died and I called three services that I got from Angie's list. I had each one come out an give me an a price for cutting down the tree, taking away the wood, and grind up the stump. I took the middle price and contracted them to do the job. The lady I talk to was very nice and scheduled the time they would be out. Weather did not permit this from happening so we rescheduled the time. The lady again was extremely nice. The time finally came and the men did an excellent job cutting down the tree and cleaning up. In fact, they raked all of my front yard as well as cleaning up all of the wood. I am very pleased with what they did and how they did it. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing (even though I thought they were going to have a hard time getting the limbs from over the house without hitting part of the house. It was a great job by a great company.

They arrived before the scheduled time and that was great. Told them I'd been hearing noises when sinks or laundry washer turned on and that might be a pressure issue. They checked it and adjusted it slightly after the water heater was drained and refilled. Confirmed that the water heater was performing properly. No leaks. Polite and efficient.

I recently purchased a 1901 historical home in Atlanta that had the original toilet in place with an overhead wooden tank. The problem was the copper lining inside the tank leaked. One of their plumbers (24/7 Plumbing) came out (Junior) and removed the tank and said that he believed that it could be repaired. After a while they called and said it was ready. When he arrived to re-install it, he said that they could not repair the old one after all. He then continued to tell me that he had a friend that worked with metal, and that he got him to make a completely new copper lining for my tank instead. After re-installing the tank it worked great. I'm so relieved that I was able to get the toilet repaired after all. I know that this was a very unusual situation for them to handle, in fact I believe he said that he has never worked on a toilet this old. But I really do thank them for going above and beyond to get one of their friends to build a completely new liner for me. In addition they were friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

The workmen came out when they were scheduled, about a week after my initial call. It took about two weeks to get the project completed as the part was not easily obtained. I would have liked for them to have called me to update me. It was more expensive than I had imagined. I have no idea about pricing of plumbing so this is just a comment! The overall experience was a good one.

I cancelled because I found another plumber to do the work for less. The lady in the office was very polite.

I called 24/7 plumbing because I had purchased a Big Deal and I needed an exterior drain unclogged since it was causing water to enter my basement. They committed a 4 hour time window in the early PM but they kept sliding to later and later. Finally they came at night. They said they had had a lot of calls due to the deal they were selling. They seemed knowledgeable and unclogged the drain. They also gave me an estimate for other work in the house. The drain was unclogged but still somewhat slow draining. They promised they would come during the week to work some more on it. However they never came again nor contacted me about the estimate again. The way I see it I got what I paid for, meaning it was a lot of hassle but it met my minimum service requirements and was cheap. I would hire them again but not for an urgent need or a complex job, since I dont know how responsive they might be or if they would follow up.

The plumber was a very nice and professional and he seemed to know what he was doing. He represented his company very well. I was just dissapointed that the problem could not be found, but on a positive note, the sink has not leaked since the plumber was here.

To fix the hot water flow problem, the faucet was taken apart, pipes were cleaned and then put together again. Problem fixed.

They arrived, assessed the noises coming from the water tanks and provided the services needed. They also taught me how to replace the rubber flap in case I need to perform this service again. Very helpful and professional.

The technician was prompt, courtious and professional and the repair was made quickly. He also provided a free home plumbing inspection and made recommendations. He did NOT push me to do extra services on this visit...which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely hire 24/7 for future plumbing needs.

After one of the toilets was installed it had a leak, 24/7 was quick to return and fix the problem. They were very responsive.

The scheduling process was excellent. They found a way to fit me in quickly despite the heavy volume they had from the Angie's List advertisement. Tech arrived on time. He was very helpful and nice. My one complaint in regards to my service tech was the very heavy cigarette smoke smell he brought with him. The process took longer than expected because of where he had to go to find the right parts to fix the faucet leaks. As a result he was very pressed for time because I had to leave for an appointment. Once faucet spout couldn't be tightened fully, presumably because it was stripped. Since then, a couple faucet handles have started rotating further than they are supposed to again. Perhaps we just have poor quality faucets from Home Depot. The helpful fix for the garbage disposal was great as I would have removed the whole thing to un-jam it and he showed me an allen-wrench hole in the bottom that can be used to do the same thing. Look for this if you have a jammed garbage disposal! The price was more than I expected I was going to pay, but I suppose appropriate. I didn't realize that the coupon's price was going to be partially consumed by a $95 inspection fee - before going toward actual repair costs. Overall it was a reasonable experience, though in the end my satisfaction wasn't complete. But that could be more to do with my faucets than the service provider.

It went very well. Asked for a price of installing a faucet which was not originally planned for this visit. I didn't have all the required parts so he said he would go get them and I could add them to my bill. While installing the faucet he found a few leaks under the sink. He showed where it was leaking and was able to fix them by tightening some connections and cleaned everything up under the sink whenhe was finished.
