My overall experience with this company was great! First of all, I was happy someone offered this type of service. I was getting quotes of $200 and more just to install a toilet. This offer included the toilet which made it a 'no-brainer' for us. I was also pleased with the easy process of scheduling a time for them to come out. They work at convenient hours for the day worker like myself, (well, they are called 24/7 plumbing). I couldn't be home before 4:00pm, and they were more than willing to work with my time. On the day of the scheduled service, they called to say they were stuck in traffic, but so was I, and they still arrived earlier than expected. A man and woman showed up in what I could see was a well equipped van. They were very friendly and professional. I felt like they could be my next door neighbors they were so nice. You could tell he really knew his job because he installed that toilet in less than 20 minutes, and took that old 20 year-old broken toilet away with them. Also, before they arrived I was a little skeptical as to how good the toilet would be for that price, it is wonderful (in as much as a toilet can be :-), my family is very pleased. I'm so sorry I can't think of the guy's name that did the job, but I'm calling them again to change out my kitchen and bathroom faucets. He quoted me what I feel is a reasonable price for a professional job, (approx. $125, depending on what needs to be done). I realize I was a first time customer, but I get a good vibe from these folks, which is rare in my case, and I won't hesitate to contact them again.

We had one of the owners of the company and his wife(she was his assistant for the day!). They were very personable!! He took at look at what we needed to have done and gave me the cost of fixing them. I feel they did a very good job!

I purchased the $59 for $265 services coupon. The inspection was mentioned on the scheduling call. I did not realize that this would account for $90 of the $265. I had several items that needed be addressed. One item had to be left for a later date due to budget constraints after the $90 was deducted. Punctuality took a hit because Rodney, who was originally scheduled got held up on a job, and another plumber had to be sent at the last minute. He eventually made it to my home and provided me with excellent education, service and attention even though it was after 7 PM! I did not get a receipt and just realized I need to follow up on this. I was hoping they would just send it out since the plumber informed the office that he had no invoices on his truck. Overall service wise, it was a grood experience. Very professional and reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

The service tech & helper were not dressed in company uniforms, but rather 'casually' instead. While performing the plumbing inspection, they found a couple minor problems with the bathroom faucets and agreed to fix them at $75 each which I found exorbitant, but I needed the bathroom faucets functional and am not 'handy' myself. The tech & helper seemed much more interested in finding additional items to fix [for an additional cost] than just performing the tasks included in the deal. I guess that's understandable using the Angie's List Deal as a way of getting their foot in the door, but I wasn't expecting them to be so blatant about it.

I first called 24/7 to replace a toilet for my wife who is handicapped. I purchased the coupon to mitigate the costs. Called the company and set up a date for service and Ronnie was punctual. While Ronnie was on site I had him look at another toilet for leakage and looked at a hot water problem. He suggested that I purchase another toilet and replace the hot water heater as it was 12 years old and was the cause of the low water pressure and hot water problem. He described the issues with buying a hot water heater from a local store and a plumbing house and I elected to got with him picking up the heater from the plumbing house. We set up another date for this instillation and he was again punctual. He got everything replaced and made sure I was familiar with the workings of the heater. I highly recommend this company and plan to contact then first on all of my plumbing needs. I will be recommending them to both family and friends!!!!!

The professionalism, expertise, and caring customer-oriented service provided by Ronnie, the 24/7 Plumbing technician, was excellent. The repairs on my water heater were extensive, and Ronnie completed those repairs with a high degree of efficiency. I am overjoyed and thrilled with the results.

Overall the company was good and I would definitely refer them to a friend.

Audrey was on the phone helpful, courteous, and professional. Rodney, the service technician, came with his assistant Brian. They did an excellent job. They were very professional and it did not take long at all. I will be highly recommending them to my friends.

I was skeptical at best, to think that a plumbing service (or any utility service) would operate professionally. We've experienced less than favorable service from so many similar companies in the past. What a pleasant surprise it was to receive the customer care that a homeowner needs and deserves. A level of confidence started to build from the initial phone contact. I was given a detailed description of services where questions were answered satisfactorily and costs were outlined. It wasn't an overwhelming emergency, so I scheduled a prompt appointment for their service associate to assess my needs and make repairs if necessary. The day of the appointment, I was contacted and informed their service representatives were 30 minutes away. Upon arrival, the 2 workers presented themselves professionally, happily giving identification upon request (you can't be too careful here). They quickly assessed the issues at hand, offering probable causes and cures. They were detailed and swift. The cost was better than I could have imagined, and I even have an unused balance toward service to call upon if needed. YES, I would definitely call them again if any plumbing issues arrive, and will most certainly recommend them highly.

Don't except much for $69 and you'll be okay. I have three bathrooms, he looked at all three and the kitchen sink. One toilet has had problems since I moved in and it still has, even though he adjusted the water flow. He told me to fix the problems with the kitchen it would go over the allotted amount my coupon was worth. He did confirm there are no leaks.

Need to remove old 4-piece kitchen faucet with new one. They were courteous and removed the hard to remove old faucet pieces without complain and installed the new one. They checked to make sure everything were working and nothing was leaking before leaving. Fantastic customer service.

My experience with 24/7 Plumbing was great. I had a leak in my basement that was coming from the kitchen. It was pretty hard to find since my house is extremely old, but once they found the issue it didn't take them long at all to resolve. They were very professional and I would recommend them to others.

I am updating this service review based on their response when I recommended them to my brother who had had a plumbling emergency. When they finally came out, the serviceman said he'd have to order a special part in order to clear his line . . . that was the last time my brother saw them. They never called him back, and when he called the receptionist, she said she'd have the serviceman call him back to let him know the status of his service (over a 4 day period) . . . that was the last time he ever heard from them! My borther had to find another plumber and finally got his trouble resolved ($5000 to replace the line from the house to the meter). I will not use 24/7 again . . . instead, I'll use the people my brother used because they responded promptly and efficiently. I am VERY disappointed in 24/7!

Our pipes were backing up into our bathtub every time we ran the washing machine. They located the clogged pipe (in our crawl space) and cleared the clog for us.

Tried twice to set an appointment. They could not keep them due to "emergency calls" by their technicians. Both appointmnets would have to be rescheduled for a third time, just got tired of the run around.

This was the 2nd time I have used them. The 1st time was to replace an exterior water spicket. In the 2nd cases, the repaired my hot water heater. In both cases they were timely and fully explained the what the problem and the next steps to fix. They completed the repairs with no issues. I would use them a 3rd time, if an occurance arises.

I had a leaking outside faucet and so that was my major concern. But I was also given a thorough plumbing assessment and advice on updating my systems or keeping my old ones running. I have learned about how my high water pressure is wearing my plumbing out faster than it should if I had more typical pressure and what I can do about that. Sound advice and a good plumber are hard to come by so I was very pleased.

I contacted the company twice. Sent them an email with a picture of our kitchen faucet, with instructions on what had to be fixed (leaking faucet and the sprayer). I discussed twice in the same day with the office person what the problem was and verified if they received my email with the picture of the faucet. When the plumber got here they informed my wife they could not fix the faucet, because of the cartridge inside of it. well if they would have looked at the picture I emailed them they could have called me, asked questions, and informed me over the phone they could not fix it . Although for a lot more money, if we went out and bought a new faucet they could install it for us. Basically, I wasted $69.

AN EMPLOYEE FOR 24/7 CAME TO MY RESIDENT 0N A RAINY MONDAY MORNING; HE WAS 45 MINUTES LATE. ONCE INSIDE THE HOME IT WAS CLEAR TO ME THAT HE WAS NOT AWARE THATTHE SERVICE CALL WAS CONNECTED WITH ANGIE'S LIST. I PRESENTED MY COUPON TO HIM AND FROM THAT MOMENT ON HE BEGAN TO HEM AND HAW. I WAS NOT LEFT WITH IMPRESSION THAT I RENDER THE SERVICE I PAID FOR...HE EVEN COMPLAINED ABOUT THE CONDITION OF HIS CLOTHING AFTER THE FACT; SAID HE HAD TO GO AND PURCHASE NEW CLOTHING FROM WALMART BEFORE HIS NEXT SERVICE CALL. HE DID NOT DO THE INSPECTION AS LISTED FOR THE COUPON I PURCHASED AND IT APPEARS THAT I AM STELIILL HAVE SOME MINOR ISSUES OF THE SAME SORT. I JUST DON'T BELIEVE HE DID ALL HE WAS SUPPOSE TO DO.

Nothing was performed because I couldn't get a callback. First experience with this company was great, but not an emergency. When both of the toilets in my house stopped working, I called Sunday night at 7:00 and 9:00, and again Monday at 8:00. I finally got a return call at 9:00 but by that time had already called someone else. I would have understood if they couldn't make it due to other calls or personal emergency, but how much effort does it take to make a return phone call so I could call someone else. Fourteen hours is not acceptable "emergency response" and I will not call again.

We dealt with both owners. The first day Rodney came out, and checked the broken part of the faucet. He ordered a new faucet and a replacement part and his brother, Ronnie, came back the next day (free of charge) with the new part and found that the replacement part alone would not work. He put in a new faucet. They both were very professional and fast. They explained things to us and answered all of our questions. We are pleased with results, and will call them again when we need service.
