I purchased the deal to replace a toilet which included a new toilet and removal of the old. Once the old toilet was removed it was found that the flange was broken and had to be cut out. Ronnie and Antonio went into the crawl space and sawed it out then put on a new flange and the new toilet. Ronnie also called before he arrived and let me know that he was on his way but he needed to pick up a new toilet. He said the toilet that was part of the big deal was having some recalls and he wanted to exchange the toilet with a comparable one. The new toilet is a Glacier Bay with an elongated seat. I LOVE my new toilet! It's efficient and best of all doesn't wobble or leak. I was also having issues with low water pressure. Once again, Ronnie and Antonio crawled under my house and replaced the pressure regulator valve. I now can do a load of laundry and do dishes at the same time. Life is good! I have used 24/7 Plumbing before and will again should I need a plumber in the future. Ronnie is a super hard worker and does the job right the first time. I know I won't have to call him back to fix work he has previously done in my house. Both he and Antonio were very professional - without question I would use 24/7 Plumbing again!

It was very good; he was a very nice man. He didn’t charge me anything over the big deal amount. He was a gentleman, he did a very good job and he cleaned up nicely. He is a good craftsman. We were very happy with him.

I did not have any other cost other than the big deal. They did what I asked them to do. I would use them again.

He was on time, inspected and repaired to 100% satisfaction.

The service man was on time and fixed the problems.

Ronnie found the best way to rerun line as not to tear up my newly sodded front yard. What little sod was removed was replaced. The trench was dug by hand rather than machine so not to do much damage. Made sure I had a detailed invoice to give to the water department so my bill could be considered for a reduction. Called because he was running 15 minutes late, was very professional and very polite. Will use him again if needed.

I could not be happier with the work that Ronnie did for us. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. He replaced several feet of pipe under my driveway and secured the fittings so we will not have any issues in the future. The job took most of the day but he went above and beyond to make sure we got the repairs we needed done. He will be my first call if we need anything else in the future!

The plumber that came out was very nice and professional. He called ahead to tell us exactly when he would arrive, and arrived on time. In addition to the services we requested he took the time to inspect some of our pipes and fixtures to check their condition and pointed out things that may need attention in the future. He answered a lot of questions and was very helpful in explaining the plumbing systems in our (new) house.

After noticing our front yard was getting muddier and muddier I called a plumber to have somebody determine if we had a busted pipe. The plumber recommended I call an irrigation specialist instead as the issue appeared to be with our sprinkler system. When we bought our home the system was already setup, however it never worked. So it had just sat unused for over five years. When David got here he was able to point out all the issues very quickly. First he replaced the leaky valve (the reason I started this process in the first place) in only a matter of minutes. He then went on to getting the entire system to work again. When it was all said and done he had replaced some broken sprinkler heads, replaced the fuse for the main sprinkler controller, and readjusted some sprinklers that were set incorrectly. He was here for less than an hour and got an entire system that I have never seen work before going like it was just installed. Lastly, he went through each option that the controller allowed and set everything up for me while I looked over his shoulder (and explained it all as he did it since I had no idea how to use the system). I was extremely impressed with everything he did. Some of the best service I've ever received.

The pricing was fine and everything they did was very good. They were punctual, did what they said they would do and gave me a fair price on some additional work I needed.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was a positive experience. I called them right away and made an appointment and they came out prompt. They were very competent, they did what they were going to do, and they did it in a timely manner. Previous to this company, I used another company that was deplorable.

Punctual, friendly and very methodical. He overlooked nothing! Due to very high water bills ($200+) and using a Big Deal from the List, I had a full house plumbing inspection done. After a very methodical and complete inspection which found nothing leaking, he deduced that the relatively new pressure regulator was the problem. I had had several visits from my usual plumber to fix toilet leakage problems all caused by high pressure. My old plumber never evaluated WHY the toilet gaskets were wearing out every 6 months. Now, 3-4 months after Ronnie's fix, my bills are back in the $30 range and no toilets are leaking!

They were not that great. They were not responsive. Their title says 24/7, but they took a few days to get back to me. They were nice and polite, but they were not 24/7 responsive. We had an issue when they came out and we had a plumbing leak, so the water was turned off. They couldn't do the work and took a week to fix the leak. They came to install the dishwasher, but we had a plumbing issue before they got here. They had to turn off the water to fix it; so they installed the dishwasher, but they couldn't check the leaks because the plumbers were still working on the backed up drain. When that issue was resolved and there was a leak, so it took a while for them to fix it. Their company title states 24/7, but they seemed to operate 9 to 5. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They were professional. We would think twice to use them again.

Ronny came and repaired two non-functional commodes. Service was prompt and professional. Ronny was very pleasant and professional. My interaction with the dispacher (office) was very pleasant and my phone call was returned promptly. Ronny was earlier than expected and performed the work fairly quickly. When/if I have further plumbing problems I would certainly call 24/7 again.

They came as schedule and was very professional. They took out the old and put in the new. They cleaned up after the put in the new one. The plummer was educational. It cost me more for the part that toliet sits on the floor but they explained it and I didn't feel that I was being rip-off. Yes, I would use them again.

It went excellent. They were prompt and got it done fairly quickly. They seemed very knowledgable.

We purchased a big deal for the services, and it was fine. The man who came for the initial call, came right away, but after that, he had a very big health issue, so they didn't get back to me for about 3 weeks afterwards, but once they did, we figured out what had happened, and they completed the work, and installed the toilet. They did a fine job. The big deal charge covered just the service call, then we bought the toilet and they installed it. I had bought a high end toilet and so it was expensive.

The service was fine. They arrived on time. They fixed the problem regarding the issue and we were pleased with the service.

Rodney quickly fixed everything at a more than fair price. I don't remember the amount.

Ronnie the owner of the company ,called an hour before to let me know he was on the way. He was professional, courteous when he came into my house, and went to work on the toilet in the guest bathroom. I had already purchased a new toilet myself along with supply line and thicker wax ring. I also had inspected the new toilet to make sure there were no cracks in the ceramic. He quickly went to work and had the old toilet out and on his truck, and got installed the new toilet, in less than an hour he was finished. Ronnie also cleaned up the debris while he was working, and made sure that my bathroom was left cleared and cleaned of any old pieces and bits of plastic as well as making sure the tile floor was not wet. Ronnie disposed of the old toilet for a small fee which was reasonable ,and left my house after doing an excellent job. I have a house that was built in 1962 so one never is sure if there are going to be any problems with the plumbing. Since Ronnie is a Master Plumber he would have been able to attend to any problem that might have occurred. Fortunately, all went smoothly and I would recommend him and his company.

I had not read the fine print so the coupon was not as valuable as it was supposed to be. It ended up being worth about $100 as opposed to the amount that was quoted in the coupon. It was a little misleading but if I had read the fine print I think I would have seen it. They were certainly acceptable.

They were very good about calling to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. They were professional, informative, and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Called to schedule an appointment and got a voice mailbox. Left a message and they called back about 30 minutes later while I was busy on another call. I called back and got the voice mailbox again - and they never bothered to call back. I ended up solving the problem on my own. Thanks for nothing!

Called to say he was ahead of schedule and asked whether he could come a little early, which was fine with us. Came in, was friendly, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed all tasks. Was happy to answer any and all questions, and gave advice on how to prevent or deal with similar problem in the future. Will definitely call them first if / when we have a new plumbing problem..

The technician was so nice! I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of me at all. He was so easy to work with. I had to actually reschedule with them at the last minute and they were very easy to work with on this as well. The technician was very knowledgeable as well. He worked on an issue that 2 other plumbers had tried to fix and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly.
