Initial installation by a technician appeared to be OK but one toilet began leaking again. I called and reported the problem to 24/7 Plumbing. The owner came back and fixed the leaking toilet. The second fix was fine but, I was warned that if it leaked again that it was not covered under warranty. I did not care for the manner in which that statement was made. It seemed to imply that I had done something wrong. I felt that it should have been done properly the first time. Otherwise the service was OK.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal of $90 of plumbing work for $59 dollars. The plumber didn't even seem to factor it in the cost. He initially said the $90 covered the inspection. We persisted and he dropped the price to $950. Overall his work was good and he had all of the necessary parts in his truck. He took the old copper pipe and faucet with him, when I asked he said he was disposing of it for me free of charge. I said don't bother and he still took the metal.

The company owner came out in response to my emergency call--I had two other plumbers and an air conditioning technician out prior to this who did not find the source of the problem. He very quickly determined that I had a sewage backup from the county line, and advised me to call the county to get it cleared. He did not charge me for the visit since he was in the area. This is my new plumber (and I have an older house which undoubtedly will need many more plumbing calls).

They were very nice and polite. My toilets worked well after their visit, but two of them fell back into not functioning properly. Another plumber I called in managed to correct one of them, but I still have trouble with one.

It turned out pretty well. I have used them before as well. They were pretty prompt; they were on time and they wrapped up the job on time.

The new faucets look fantastic. Great work.

Needed hot water for every day rather than having to wait for it to heat up within the pipes. 24/7 is knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them; they are my plumbers for the future. So glad I could find them via Angie's List

I called them 3 times before I got an answer or call back and told them I had a leak in my yard. They were quick to come out. After coming out and looking around they told me they didn't have the equipment to find the leak in my yard. Gave me a number to call and told me that it would cost about $300 to find the leak in the yard and then after it was found, they would come back out to fix it. I feel like they wasted an entire day of my time. They should've told me they couldn't help me to begin with

They came and gave an inspection but prices were too high, so I choose not to use them. They were punctual, professional, courteous etc.

Ron was quick and explained everything before performing work.

I purchased a big deal from them. He came out and wanted to charge me an extra fee to do the work that I had purchased the deal for.

Ronny was great, he explained the situation, and when I told him that I was sick of my toilet and my sink basin in my bathroom (he was going to fix the drain lever in my bathroom sink, but was unable to). He was knowledgeable, friendly, said that I did not ow anything above/beyond what the cost of deal on Angie's List was! Also, he said that he'd install a new toilet and a new sink basin for me if I supplied the toilet, and I said I would definintely do that! I would definitely recommend 24/7 Plumbing! I will use them again when I have purchased my new toilet for installation.

Some contractors are incapable of believing that females can understand anything about what they're doing and treat them with a patronizing or even condescending attitude. Ronnie is delightfully NOT among them. He was happy to explain everything and delighted when he realized that I was genuinely interested. He even went the extra mile showing me how to make simple toilet repairs for myself. In my mind, this level of respect is priceless, and the knowledge he imparted is empowering. I heartily recommend Ronnie for the quality of his work and for the passion he has for his profession. By all means hire him, and ask all of the questions you can without fear of judgment.

I wasn't overly impressed with the service provided in this 'Big Deal'.

Plumber was on time and provided me with an estimate of job. Once I made the decision to move forward with the repair, the owner of company started the job and did not stop until the project was completed. I did not have any complaints after the job was completed and would definitely use this business again as well as recommend the business to friends and relatives.

My yard was getting wet from a slow leak in the line that goes from my 20 year old house to the meter. It was a Saturday afternoon and I was leaving for vacation the next day so I wanted to get the job done, but at the right price. He beat an estimate that I was given by another plumber for the same job by $300. It was 3:30 in the afternoon on Saturday and he rounded up a guy to help him and within a short while he was at the house digging a trench to replace the line. The job was complicated by the fact that they had to dig under about a 4ft wide concrete walkway and cut away a thick prickly hedge, as well as get rid of the poison ivy vines that had started to overtake the area over the last several months. They both worked hard for about 5 hours until the job was done. The water leak was gone as verified by the spinning dial in the meter (which stopped spinning) and water was back on in the house. He was friendly, professional, got the job done right, did the work on a Saturday before I had to leave for vacation, and quoted me the lowest rate out of the two plumbers I could get to call me back. I don't know much about how to price plumbing work but I felt like the price was okay given the amount of work that was needing to be done (and I didn't think that of the quote that was $300 higher). Finally, I should note that you can probably get the line repaired for less, but in my case, my own internet research suggested that the house was old enough that the original plumbing had probably reached it's expected lifetime.

These folks came to my home in the evening to assess a week of "run around" and "no service" from a local plumber. I had no water for a week. Someone referred me to 24/7. Even though I told them that they could wait until the next day, they insisted on doing what they could to provide water to my household that evening. They let me know what needed to be done, quoted a fair price and offered to bring drinking water to my home until they completed the repair. Their service is above and beyond and they live up to 24/7 service.

This long-standing leak (judging from the rotted wooden tack strip for the living room carpet) was discovered due to the wetness of the carpet in the living room. The leak was between the tiled bathroom wall and the living room drywall. I spent unnecessary money to make repairs based on the diagnostic error of a handyman. When it became evident that the problem had not been addressed by the handyman's expensive efforts, I contacted Ronnie at 24/7 to discuss the situation with him. He generously spent his time on the phone with me and offered a few suggestions for me in trying to rule out sources of the leak, other than plumbing. I followed his direction but could not find another cause. I had yet another conversation with Ronnie regarding what my Angie's list Big Deal coupon would cover before I finally scheduled the call. Jackie, who answers the phone, was great in facilitating communication with Ronnie and in her scheduling. Ronnie and his helper were courteous, efficient and very fair with me. I had used this company once before and was also pleased at that time. Ronnie repaired the leak from the living room side where I had already removed an area of drywall. Wish I had called him when I first became aware of the leak!! Stellar service at a more than reasonable cost to me!

The gas line to my dryer was leaking, so I wanted a plumber who could come out quickly and this company was able to schedule me within 2 days (the dryer valve was turned off, so there was no danger during the wait). The service person (Ronnie) called on the scheduled day to ask if he could come earlier than the scheduled time frame, which I was happy to agree to since I was anxious to get my dryer up and running. He arrived promptly and not only replaced the gas line but also installed a replacement dryer vent that I had previously purchased. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and the professionalism.

I received the service that I expected, but thought that the price for some services were a little steep. I am a DIYer, so it may not be steep for someone that cannot do the work on their own. Sometimes I don't like doing a certain job, so I weigh out the cost of having someone else do it. This time is was worth me taking the time to repair the issues myself. I did get great advice and professional support from 24/7 Plumbing and would recommend the company.

They did a fine job. They were punctual and professional. Their work prompted me to purchase two more Big Deals from them!

He checked the water pressure. I wanted him to drain the water heater, but he said there wouldn't be enough time to get that done. He installed new faucets on the sinks and showers in the bathrooms in the home. He did a great job! He was punctual and professional! I recommend their services!
