We called 24/7 Plumbing to fix a leaking toilet. He no showed for the job and never called back to reschedule even after I left 2 voicemails on his cell phone and 2 voicemails on his office answering machine. I finally told him in a VM that if I didn't hear from him, I would get another plumber. He never called. I had to get a new plumber after 24/7 wasted a week of my time.

The service was not as I would have liked; I called and asked some questions on the pricing that his price cover what I want to have done and get it installed. He told me on the phone what it was. After they got here, they charged me nearly $400 extra then I had to call back and haggle with the pricing and it took them months and months to refund half of the difference of what we had agreed on even though it shouldn't have cost me any additional since I confirmed before I even purchased the package on the pricing up front. The problem was I should have said something when they invoiced me in the house, but the gentleman was running behind and had other houses to go to, it was like 6:00 o'clock 6:30 in the evening .I was trying to put my baby on the bed and I didn't want to hold him up as he was trying to service other customers. It was a plumbing issue so I was trying to be courteous and get him on the road, pay it and dispute it later. That was a bad call on my part. I should have never paid the full amount to start with since we had already pre-agreed on it. So I do not recommend that service. The work and the quality was great. He did a good job. It’s the pricing and the time - $400 for an hour work is pretty ridiculous on top of the coupon price that I had already paid online. So I do not recommend 24/7 Plumbing.

He did a fantastic job and I'd recommend him to anybody. He was very courteous and punctual. He did extra work while he was there and fixed a few other minor things. I sent him an e-mail and he even have time to answer it.

He and his assistant explained absolutely everything they were doing, were very professional, gave options on what I could do. They found the leak in an upstairs toilet, replaced it, stopped an outside leak, installed the pressure regulator. Their total charge was what another company had said the regulator installation would cost. So their pricing for such major work was very reasonable. They came when they said they would, called beforehand, stayed until the job was done - well after 10:30 at night. I am very pleased with their work - no leaks!

They were average. It was not a well written offer so when they got here, it took like a 45 minute discussion to kind of figure out what the actual offer was. He fixed a valve, he did an excellent job doing it.

We moved into a house that did not have a water line going to the refrigerator. 24/7 plumbing came out and took care of that for us. It was fairly difficult because the refrigerator was on an interior wall, over a finished basement. they spent a fair amount of time and effort bringing the water to the refrigerator in a way that would be secure and cause minimal impact on the rest of the house. They ended up tapping into the cold water connection going to the hot water heater in the basement and running a copper line up, through the back of a couple of kitchen cabinets and to the refrigerator. It was "invisible" to us and worked perfectly. I feel the price was very fair considering how much work it was and how long the copper tubing was.

Very Well, highly satisfied and he hauled away old toilet. Will use him in the future. Very professional!

Went well except the floor flange was broken and had to be replaced which we had not counted on but would have had to be replaced at some point.

From the time that they quoted the project - till it was completed - I felt confident in both the ability and integrity of the company

Ron fit us in to his packed schedule and immediately responded to our emergency call about a leaking toilet, and his assessment was swift, accurate, and the least invasive to our bathroom. The reason for the leak was the inadequacy of our original plumbing, not due to any problem from his prior toilet installation. We had already ordered another new toilet from 24/7 which was scheduled for installation the following week to replace a constantly running toilet in another bathroom, and Ron looked at that toilet, too. He replaced the "flusher" so that we would be able to use the toilet and not have it constantly running while we waited for the new toilet to arrive and be installed. Ron is the owner of 24/7 and he likes to take care of all his Angie's List customers personally. I know this sounds funny to observe about a plumber who comes to your home briefly, but Ron is a great guy--a loving family man with a great philosophy about what is important in life--honesty, having fun cooking for your family and enjoying your wife and kids (he has many), shopping wisely and well, kindness toward others and making your word your bond. Oh, he's also a fine plumber with loads of experience.

I got my estimate on Friday, Ronnie and Anthony came out Saturday and finished it all before leaving. I was very pleased with their work, and honesty. Will use 24/7 plumbing again and recommend to others.

Provider said they completed repair however over next several weeks I noticed the toilet was still leaking. I called the provider .. didn't get answer but left messages outlining the issue -- no response. I continued to call - finally got someone to answer the phone - they made an appointment to come out and relook at issue -- no one showed up. I called back several more times .. got no answer.. left messages.. no call back. Poor quality work is one thing.. but not being at all accountable for it, never responding to reported issues with work and taking payment for doing nothing is just fraudulent! Even though they have several good ratings on Angie's list, I'd recommend that no one take a chance that you end up treated like I was. Don't risk your money.

Not only was the service punctual, he also came on Sunday to accommodate our schedule, but he did not charge us extra for coming on Sunday. He did the job while trying to be as cost effective as possible. He made a telephone to me, giving me options to take care of the main problems, explained the work needed and how he thought would be the best in the long run. He was very polite, to the point and completed the work punctually.

Two guys, not one, arrived early and stayed beyond the two hours I paid for on a coupon. They were quick, professional, and did an outstanding job and did not charge me another nickel beyond the $99 I had already paid. They even used some of their own materials without charging me, thus saving me even more. They also drove a long way to get here with no charge. I could not have been more pleased. If you don't use these guys it is your loss.

I had a bunch of other questions because I had some prior service with them, which had been really excellent. They had put in a hot water recycler in the past and it worked great. However, when they were here, I had asked them to do some more work on the hot water recycler and the guy that came was clueless about that. So the good news was they came quickly, they fixed the problem with the toilet but the bad news was they didn’t pay attention to the rest of what I had asked for.

On a Saturday afternoon, 4 hours before hosting a party for 25 people, my kitchen sink clogged. Ronnie answered the call, and was at my home in an hour. Opting for the simple solution first, he got the problem fixed without dragging out the cable machine. He noticed a under sink leak that we were unaware of and diagnosed the problem for us (we need to get new parts from the manufacturer). He charged a fair price for coming out on a Saturday and came in below his minimum quote on the phone, which he certainly was not obligated to do. Would 9and will) hire him again (hopefully not on the weekend next time!).

I was very pleased because they were punctual, professional, and did everything I asked them to do! One of the toilets still had a little leak. They came back out to get the issue fixed! That type of service impressed me because that means they stand behind their work! I would definitely use them again and recommend their services!

Ron was scheduled for 9am. He called ahead to see if he could start earlier and arrived at 8:30. He worked very hard to replace the faucets I had purchased including dismantling and rebuilding a pedestal sink. He shopped for and replaced a leaking toilet. In tearing out and emptying the old toilet the drain of the bathtub got plugged. This is an underused tub, but I do not remember it backing up when it was last used. Ron instructed me on how to unplug it because he was already late for his 2pm appointment. I wasn't able to fix the problem. I called 24/7 to see if a could schedule a follow-up, but Ron was booked 2 weeks in advance. (This seems to be a one plumber operation, but the lady in the office said he might be available sooner if I called it an emergency). I scheduled for 2 weeks, but then decided I wanted it fixed sooner. I called another plumber. This negated any savings from the Angie's List Deal.

Difficult to arrange due to my schedule but they were very accommodating. They must have returned several phone calls to schedule. Arrived on time and even called ahead to update on the arrival time. They were thorough, efficient and very considerate. He took his shoes off the minute he came in the house, he cleaned up any messes he made while working and quickly diagnosed my problem with the MB commode. Very pleasant and did a great job, I would definitely call them again.

The men were very professional, and although I only had one issue that needed resolution, they offered to check my other bathrooms as well. The part that they used to replace the broken one was higher quality. They gave me tips for how to avoid a similar issue in the future, which was appreciated.

First, it took quite a while to get in contact with the company. When he came out, he gave us an estimate for his work and purchasing the toilet, but he did not leave a receipt so that I could confirm the price. When my husband called him after he did the work to get the receipt, the plumber was quite unpleasant about it. The deal wasn't really much of a deal.

They provided the service quite well. They came in and did what they said they were going to do. They fixed the other toilet that was acting silly. After a couple of weeks, I noticed that the toilet is not stable. I'm not too happy about that. Before they leave, the customer needs to make certain that whatever they paid for was dispatched properly. I haven't tried to call them or anything like that. I'm not a particularly happy camper with the toilet at this time.

I called to have a Toto toilet installed. Ronnie was in the area finishing another project and was at the house within an hour. He and his apprentice did excellent work. He explained everything, recommended that I get some Toto flappers for the future and they cleaned up after the job was complete.

The technician was very polite and courteous. He did exactly what I needed him to do. I am satisfied with the service I received.

Once we got the correct provider it went well. Punctual and installed with no problems. The only thing that went wrong was my fault, I purchased a disposal that required an under counter electrical outlet which the old one did not. The plumber installed it and tested it through an extension cord. He could not do the electrical work so said I would have to get an electrician. With DIY instructions off internet (I, a 75 yr old woman put in the outlet) everything is good and works fine.
