I never used them. I just got too busy so I wasn’t able schedule them. It wasn’t necessarily a negative experience with the company, but I still need to process a refund.

I had an expired Big Deal but they still honored it. The appointment maker, Jackie, was friendly, thorough, and professional. Ronnie called in route and arrived and started right in. The only issue I had was with the Angie's Listing. It did not tell me that part of the saving was on travel time, service call, or other non plumbing charges. And I paid for parts. I liked the service but I don't think the value was there.

Ronnie and Antonio came to our place the day before Thanksgiving with 2 weeks notice after we rescheduled our first appointment which we kindly appreciated after putting off this repair for some time! We used a coupon we had purchased for the faucet replacement performed by Antonio and then Ronnie fixed the bath/shower fixture covering the cost of the part. We would definitely use 24/7 again for future upgrades and repairs. Both guys are genuine and friendly and it was nice to know they were taking care of what we are unskilled to do ourselves.

The experience was pretty good. They installed a sink for us. He ended up going to the home improvement store with me and helped me pick out several other needed supplies. They were super nice and helpful.

Ronnie installed a toilet for me and then at my request installed a second one. He found a problem and walked me through the issue and gave me options to hold us over until our daughters wedding. We chose to fix the issue with Ronnie outright to avoid any problems when we had out of town guests. Ronnie and his apprentice completed the repair in no time and gave us a warranty on the repair. He was honest and was wiling to come back if we opted to complete the fix after the wedding. He went over and above to work with us on the problem. I would recommend his services.

Ronnie called while he was on route and showed up on time. When I explained my situation, he was very professional and explained exactly what the issue was and how best to resolve it. The replacement project went well and very fast. He even replaced the toilet supply line as he explained my shorter version could have caused issues based on how the hose lined up once installed. I would definitely use 24-7 Plumbing again. Great job!

He had to replace both hot and cold water supply valves to the laundry room, he then added a expansion tank to water tank and then replaced the flapper in the toilet upstairs. He also took the time to give us some DIY tips for future plumbing issues we may have in the future.

24/7 Plumbing were professional throughout. The service scheduler contacting me promptly and kept in contact to confirm the appointment. Ronnie called when he was approx. an hour out to let me know he was on his way. When they arrived, Ronnie and Antonio discussed the work to be done and then got to it. Since the water heater, where the pump had to be installed, was in the basement and the sink, where the recirculation pipe needed to be installed, was in the master bath - up three levels, Ronnie and Antonio really got their exercise that day. All was going well until the circulation pump had a part malfunction. Not to worry though. Ronnie immediately went to his supplier, discussed the issue to receive a warranty replacement, and was back within approx. 30 minutes to finish the job. I can say, from my past experience with an unnamed (large) plumbing company, this is great service to have a company who will stick with the job to see it thorough t successful completion. I also appreciated the follow-up review call after the service. I did not have a chance to return the call but hopefully this positive review answers your questions. I recommend 24/7 Plumbing for any plumbing work.

Ronnie was wonderful. He was able to accommodate with our schedule and worked the day before Thanksgiving on the toilet. When he came back out to install the new toilet he came on a Friday evening to do the work. He did more than we expected for no extra charge - he replaced out water valve and line to the toilet. He also worked to level the floor on the first visit. He even guided us regarding what brand and type of toilet would work best for our bathroom. We absolutely love the new toilet set up and there are no leaks or other problems. Ronnie was able to do all this on short notice. He brought his assistant who was every bit as professional as Ronnie. Ronnie is extremely knowledgable and practical. He is up front with the work and his rates are much lower than most plumbing outfits. We have used Ronnie in the past on other plumbing work in our house and have been very impressed with his work, ethics, and abilities. He is also very personable and follows through on all his work. We highly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have. You will not find a more dependable, honest, and professional plumber in the metro Atlanta area.

Arrived on time and evaluated the problem. Called me back with a fair estimate ( I am an out of town property owner and he did not try to overcharge me). Was extremely cortious to both myself and the tenant. Followed up to make sure tenant was happy with work done. Excellent customer service, and highly recommended!! Very professional! Fixed a problem that a previous plumber (Affordable Handyman in Atlanta) charged me ~$1500 to fix and did a very shoddy job with by exagerating actual work required and not communicating with his technicians.

The guy was really informative and helpful. He even explained how to repair it myself for the future. I actually used some of his pointers to repair other toilets. I have no complaints and everything was great.

Ronald and Antonio arrived early, which was great (they called ahead). I explained as much as I could and showed them the stained area. Ronald cut a square in the ceiling (previous area already cut prior) to see if they could locate the leak. After checking both bathrooms and the tub, no leak could be found. No work done. I was charged a fee of $85 however Ronald stated that he would apply that amount to the work on next visit if we can find the leak in the near future. They were both friendly and professional. He shared that if I see the leak to call immediately and they would be out to assist. I did appreciate the honesty which I didn't receive from a previous plumber who stated that they fixed the problem.

Replaced kitchen faucet. If we have any plumbing concerns again I will call 24/7 plumbing again.

Replaced outside faucets and also a new shut off valve on hot water line in the shower.

I had a burst main line in front lawn. Old piping had to be replaced. I also had a property that needed to be updated to county code. They did an excellent and speedy job to fix the problems. I definitely recommend them.

It all went very well and fast. There was a miscommunication regarding the date of the actual service, but they came out on Saturday morning and did a fantastic job and even gave me a discount for the miscommunication.

We were replacing flooring in a bathroom and found a water leak. We were able to repair that but upon further inspection we found water leaking from the shut off valve. I had no idea who would be a good plumber so I started researching Angie's List. I decided to call 24/7 Plumbing. They returned my call within 10 minutes. They were able to work us in the very next day (as it was not an emergency since we just turned the shut off valve off). Mr. Shaw came out (called an hour prior) as expected. He was as nice, detailed and professional as you could only hope for. He explained everything that was going on in detail. He only charged for the diagnostics which was shocking to me. I have dealt with previous contractors that would have diagnosed something that would have involved a fee. He drove a great distance and was completely honest about everything going on. I think this is the very first time I have ever called someone for service on anything and been told they didn't have to do anything. He gave me lots of tips and pointers on many things I had done with the toilet and never even attempted to sale me anything. Excellent service and while I hope to not need his services anytime soon I assure you I am comforted to know I have found such an honest company to deal with! Truly amazed and fortunate to have them for any future issues!

They fixed my leaking faucet. They were pretty nice.

It was very good. He was fine and efficient. The whole thing was fine. There were additional charges but he figured all of that in and he went over the whole thing with me and I was quite satisfied with it. He broke all the figures down for me and told me exactly what it was all going to be, showed me where the credit was and it was fine. He was just great. He came and did exactly what he was supposed to do. He came when he said he was going to come. He didn't do more than he had been authorized originally that I called him out for. He explained everything to me and told me why he felt that that was necessary but he would do it the other way if I wanted him to. I elected to have him do what I thought probably was a better job and he explained the pricing on that and what it would be ahead of time. I don't think he cheated me in any way.

The job I called 24/7 Plumbing for was to fix a leak coming from my guest bathroom and going into my neighbor's unit below me. Instead of acting as a go-between, I asked them to make the appointment with my neighbor, which they immediately did. On the day of the appointment, they called my neighbor when they were on their way and were right on time. Once they saw where the leak was, they called me, told me their plan for fixing it and asked for my approval. He had a pretty good idea what the problem was, and fortunately it was not expensive to fix. He proceeded to fix it. It took about an hour and a half. They did a nice job cleaning up and then I was able to pay the bill by credit card right there. Although everything went as smoothly as it could, what I really liked was that he treated my neighbor and I very courteously. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

They did great. I used them shortly after I purchased the deal. The price included a new toilet.

Ronnie and Antonio were the technicians. They did a great job. I had the old faucet, and they were thinking we could salvage it. It turned out, after they inspected it, that they had to use the new one. I like how they tried to save me money. He was prompt, neat, and polite. I had several other small problems around my house, which he did for free. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely call them back. I'd rather wait a few days for their service than use someone else.
