I took a vacuum in to be cleaned and repaired, and the shop did not open untilo 30 minutes late. When I picked it up (and again the shop was late opening) it was not put back together properly, and one of the wheels fell off as a result when I was taking it back out of my car at home. When I took it back the shop opened late again (this time an hour late), and the man was abrasive and rude. He took it to the back then returned it saying it was fixed, but it still wasn't right. He finally did reassemble it properly only AFTER I pointed out the issue and insisted it was still wrong. Then, when I got it home again, I discovered that the height adjustment was still not functional and that the replacement "filter" was a cheap piece of ill-fitting foam. I've been by several times now, and the shop has never opened when advertised in the mornings. I do not trust them to fix the problem, and do not plan to give them any more business.
Description of Work: The vacuum needed cleaning, it needed a new hepa-filter, and the height adjustment for the head did not work, such that the vacuum was very hard to push.
