The provider took my order, charged me full price and told me they would call me when it was finished. After a few days passed I went to the store and they were closed. When I returned the following week and ask if I could be refunded an "owner" came out and got an attitude with me and even raised her hand to hit me. when I responded the entire staff come from the back and started fussing at me and as I tried to walk out the women threw the car tag I ordered at me. I truly believe there are good people that work there but the owner needs an attitude adjustment or customer service training one. I wouldn't recommend any time sensitive items to be ordered here or any children to go in unsupervised.
