I Purchased a new Snapper lawn mower. Motor froze up within 30 minutes of first use. Snapper did agree to replace. Took about 3 weeks to get back. On the next mowing the grass catcher kept coming loose throwing grass back on me. Got worse and worse about doing this. Also belt came loose on mower several times. Repair Barn refused to replace the grass catcher. They also said Snapper considered it a wear item and would not replace. Belt got worse about coming off and then finally a screw fell out and caused the rear wheel assembly to come loose. I got so frustrated with the mower and Repair Barn I tossed this new mower and bought a Honda. I have my weed eater tuned up and that cost was $100. It was even more hard to start than ever before and when it did run it was very rough. They don't seem to know how to work on it. The Repair Barn has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a service. They give you the run around. Sometimes when you call if they are busy they do not answer, and you cannot leave a message. I will never do business with them again and would never recommend them.
