We had Elias out to quote on our bathroom which had asbestos in the floor, walls and ceiling. We were pleasantly surprised not only how quickly he was able to come out, but also how reasonably priced they were. Communication was top notch. The guys arrived on time. Well, earlier and waited outside in their car until 7am (the time they said they would start), highly prompt. They removed every trace of asbestos and material. Es-America was a outstanding company, fast response, awesome work, great communication, fair price, honest estimate. I was very pleased with the results of the mold remediation. I showed my friends before and after pictures of the mold removal. They said if they saw only the after pictures, they would never know I had a mold issue. I would recommend this company to anyone. Elias came out to give an estimate on our attic. He was the Fourth person to give an estimate. I could not believe the difference in knowledge between Elias and the others companies that we had out. The pricing was very reasonable (around $1700). The crew that did the work was very polite and cleaned up after themselves. We could not be happier.
