I completed the service finder survey on homeadvisor for AC work and this was the first company to contact me. I spoke to them on a Friday after business hours and they had a technician out Saturday afternoon. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable on the complicated issue with my damper system. He gave me all the options and cost before starting the work. My unit is 15 years old and will need to be replaced probably sooner than later. Again, Dylan provided me with all of my options and estimates. I appreciate that he continued to ask if I had questions and made sure I fully understood. Their service was top notch. I highly recommend Service Plus Pros and will used them again if needed.

I needed a smart thermostat installed, so I contacted the manufacturer to ask who in my area could install it. Someone from HomeAdvisor contacted me, went through the companies that would come and not charge for an initial visit. We agreed on the closest company. The company called me shortly after. I explained that I needed a smart thermostat installed. They said it would be 90$. I specifically asked if that was to install he thermostat or was that just a visit fee, I was told that 90 was for the install. My wife met the technician at our home and they installed the thermostat and then gave my wife a bill for 225$, with no explanation and she was told that the 90 was just for coming to the house. I have tried contacting the service company and HomeAdvisior and both have yet to call me back. I am not pleased with Service First Pros, or HomeAdvisor, deceiving people to get business is not the right way to do business. *Revised. The company reached out to me and apologized for the situation. The owner personally delivered a refund for the original price I was told, and stopped by my home to deliver the refund and apologize for the whole process. I was not happy with how the on site person handled things originally, however the customer service and the owner of the company did everything they could to right the problem.

I hired them to come out and do a diagnostic on my a/c that was leaking water. I paid an $89 fee for them to come out and, if I used them, that fee would go towards repairs. After they told me what the problem was and what it would cost, my first thought was I needed to get other quotes and opinions even if I would waste the fee that I already paid. Thank God I did because I saved myself a lot of money. Do yourself a favor and get other quotes before using them. Also they dont have an hourly rate just package deals.

Prompt and accurate repair. Didn't try to oversell. Would hire again. Could not give 5 stars as turned out a simple fix. If it had been more complicated and they had more work to do, I would have gone 5 star if their work stayed consistent.

Philip Suggs, a service expert from First Pros, was able to diagnose what was wrong with my central air conditioner and repaired it the same morning . He was very polite and explained everything to me before he proceeded. He did not pressure me and worked with diligence. I definitely would recommend Service First Pros and Philip to everyone.
