From Josh's initial call to Phil's extraordinary service in repairing my unit to Ken's follow-up call, my experience was nothing short of superior. I was so impressed with the text I received letting me know Phil was on his way with a little information about Phil and his experience, and it even included a picture of Phil. I was actually wishing Service First Pros did other home improvement work so I could hire them again!!! Outstanding customer service and Veteran appreciation!! Ken and Phillip exceeded my expectations on customer service, professionalism, punctuality and overall maintenance experience. From the beginning, Ken was sensitive to my concerns and was willing to work with me to make me feel completely comfortable with scheduling Phillip to come out to my home. No pressure felt at all. The communication between the company, Phillip and me was exceptional. As a disabled vet, (Radar tech in the Navy) I like to be informed about any work done to my home, Phillip was very open and willing to discuss what needed to be done before work began. Ken even added a Veteran discount in appreciation for my service. A simple review cannot sufficiently express how happy I am with this one time service and the future service relationship to come. I will no longer worry about my HVAC and finding a tech to service it. Service First Pros will be my first and only choice.

Price was reasonable for weekend work. Phillip was the repairman. He was efficient and explained the problem with the A/C. I appreciated his call to let us know he was on his way. Very nice guy. Ken handled the appointment. He was very professional, courteous and followed-up with a call after Phillip left to make sure we were satisfied. Will definitely use them in the future.

Service First Pros were excellent! After calling 6 different A/C repair companies who were not able to come out on a Sunday. I got a call back immediately from Ken. He sent JC out who was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and got us up and running. This was especially important since we have a 4 month old. They made this momma happy, and they have a customer for life. Thank you Service First Pro!

I liked the fact that the company sent me a picture and the name of the repair tech who was coming to the house. I was able to verify the face when he arrived. He was very respectful but confident with what he was doing. He readily answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with his work and will readily recommend this company.

I was given a start time, a photo of the technician and a brief history of his credentials. He was on time, courteous, professional and took time to explain what the problem was, how he was going to do the repair and followed through. He asked if I had a maintenance plan, no pressure, no sales talk, just an explanation of how it would work. I took the maintenance contract, and couldn’t be happier. They even called me that night to make sure everything was still alright. I highly recommend them!

JC came out and had my unit back up running in no time. The AC had not been cooling the house for a few days and before JC left my home was feeling comfortably chilled as the air conditioning unit was working well. Quick response and courteous even to my dog who greeted him in her own way.

This company provided the best service I’ve had in a long time. The owner called me prior to the technicians arrival and gave me a little background on the technician. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail and offered me several options for repair. If the need arises, I will not hesitate to use them again.

They called quickly, after hours, when contacted via HomeAdvisor. They repaired my central a/c the next morning. Showed up on time and very courteous too. Will use them again.
