1) No professional expertise to diagnose A/C system. 2) Provided incorrect and false findings on AC problem. 3) Recommend incorrect fix and cost me huge money. 4) Did not return mine for not able to fix AC as was promised to return 5) Do not return calls for several weeks and still did not return called or money

They were super friendly and punctual. He was efficient in diagnosing the problem too. I thought the text I received stating the technician s entire life story prior to his arrival was unnecessary. The standard service call charge was a little high, even for a weekend rate, but I guess that s what they need to do to get by. Still I d recommend their services.

Josh was very thourough and professional. The work was done quickly and effeciently. I have used them several times and will continue.

Could not ask for better.

The service tech, Auston, was on time and courteous. I received a call when he was on the way along with a text of a photo so I could see who would be arriving at my front door. When Auston arrived he immediately put on booties before tracking across my hardwood floors - gold star in my book. The problem? My A/C was making a monstrous noise when it was on, making it impossible for a goodnight sleep. For the cost ($89) Auston spent a good bit of time (~1.25 hrs) inspecting and assessing the attic and outdoor units...a great value based on labor-to-price. I felt that Auston was honest and did not try "up-selling" me on something that was not needed. Turns out, the problem with my engine-loud outdoor unit was because of two loose screws. Who knew! He took pics and video to show me what was going on and repaired the problem for the cost of the service fee that I was paying anyway. As a woman, I sometimes feel like the service person is talking to me as if I have no clue. Not Auston. He was thorough in his explanation and offered solutions for future repairs. Awesome customer service Auston and Service First Pros!

The company responded quickly, the tech arrived when scheduled, he examined our problem, he described the problem to us and gave us options as to how to go about fixing our issue with the air conditioner, and then he proceeded to complete the project exactly as stated. I could not add anything that would have made this service any more to our satisfaction and will definitely be using them again in the future.

After submitting the online request for service, I was contacted within 15 minutes. Later, I received several texts, responding to my need and then text regarding when Austin would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem, suggested replacement of a component soon to be a problem and got right to it. He explained everything up front, cost, and the service contracts available. Parts were priced above what I would have expected, but the service, knowledge and professionalism with Austin was wonderful. I have already given out the name and number to someone close, I would highly recommend them. Thanks for getting us in the cool again.

I reached out to Service First Pros in a semi-emergency situation. Both of my central air units had gone out during a significant heat wave, and the company I had worked with in the past wasn't returning my calls. Josh was at my house about 3 hours after I called Service First Pros and within 2 hours he had fixed everything and the house was cooling off. He didn't try to sell me a new unit (which my previous provider seemed to do at every visit), and he emphasized that all of their work is guaranteed. He was more than pleasant--I would say he was enthusiastic about his work and his company. I am very pleased to have found Service First Pros.
