Terrible customer service. Worked on wrong heating system four times. They left me with NO HEAT and $2300 less in my wallet. I had to call another company to come out and install a new Smart thermostat for $200 which included new filters for three systems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We called them about not having heat in one part of the house. They tried to sell us a NEW system but we decided not to. They said it was fixed and no problems, we thought it was fixed. HA HA. We had three heating systems, I even bought a warranty from them. They came out the next day for the repair and suppose to do the work. Well, it did not. I bought a room heater because of NO HEAT in the living room, kitchen or one bedroom. I called again after my son came home from being out of town. They came out again and worked on the wrong heating unit again. Tech said I needed a new thermostat, okay, I was charged another $400 plus for the new thermostat which I had to pay for in advance. Tech came out again with a new thermostat but told my son that the thermostat was still under warranty and to contact Smart thermostats to have it covered by warranty. Never installed a new thermostat, still no heat again. My son finally called a friend and got their heating mans number. He came out, said the thermostat was too old for warranty and installed a new thermostat, and changed all air filters. I was ripped off by this company, they will not call you back even though promised. DO NOT USE

Service 1st Pros went above an beyond for me while replacing the evaporator coil on my AC unit. Can't thank them enough.

I've used Service 1st Pros twice this year. They replace dour main house HVAC in February. Our basement system died this week and we brought them back to replace that system also. They are easy to work with and provide great quality work. I definitely will call them again if I ever have the opportunity.
