My upstairs unit went out during the 1st week of June and I was real nervous finding the right honest person to help me. I was referred to another company on my downstairs unit and they ended up replacing my furnace. The job done was horrible and the service was worse. Luckily I found Service 1st Pros and their reviews were raving. I was impressed with my next day scheduled visit. Chase was my service expert, he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed the issue quite quickly. Great news it was a quick easy fix at a great price. As a new raving customer, I will continue to use and refer Service 1st Pros. Service First Pros are very professional and very fast to respond. 5 stars all the way! They responded the same day when the HVAC in my son's house quit and brought a cooling unit to suffice until they could get the new system installed and running. Jerry Haney and his crew walked me through their installation when they were done. I was very impressed with them. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work I used them on my own house to replace my 18 year old unit.

Called Service 1st Pro for service. Called on Sunday late afternoon toward the end of May. Knowing this is the busy season for HVAC work I was expecting to get an appointment for sometime the following week. They told me that a tech could be out same day with no overtime charge. I am a retired elevator mechanic and will troubleshoot everything around the house before bringing in a contractor. My ac unit was running but not blowing cold. I had checked the condenser unit as well as the air handler blower as well as the thermostat. I suspect ed the problem was a freon leak most probably in th he evaporator coils. The unit is 23 years old and uses R22 refrigerant. I explained all this to Josh when he arrived. He tested the system and determined that it was low on freon by about 3 pounds. Josh explained my options giving the pros and cons of each. No pressure to up sell. I decided to kick the inevitable new unit can down the road. Had Josh add freon and a leak sealant. When this 23 year old unit has lived its life with me nursing it along, I will give Service First Pros the work. In the mean time I'll be calling them when there is problems outside of my wheelhouse. Josh and Service First Pros definitely get my recommendation.

I had a technician out to the house because the a/c unit went out. The gentleman looked over my unit. Stated the compressor was bad and since I had an older unit (about 16 years old). They suggested I replace my entire unit for the cost of approximately $7900. After the technician left I started the problem and found out that my capacitor was bad - $11 part from Amazon. I replaced that myself and my unit works just fine now. On top of the insult of trying to have me buy a new unit they also charged me $99 for coming out to try and sell me something, I did not even need (at least at this moment- I recognize I will in the future). Be careful of these guys. Make sure you find someone honest and trustworthy.

I have worked with this company since their beginning 5 or 6 years ago. They have always provided excellent service with honest advice and fair pricing. The service has always been spot on without any up selling. I am now having them install a complete new upgraded system and will have them service it with their spring and fall annual service to keep in top running condition. This company is legit. They will be my go to service provider without any doubt. I prefer to support the smaller local family owned business over larger corporate types because of the personal service. Speaking with Josh the owner is just a phone call away. They are the real deal. Thanks for your services.

My experience with service first pro was excellent. My service tech offered great customer service he was really knowledgeable about everything and offered us all the options and didn't try to oversell us on anything and that was a wonderful experience, every other company that came out to service our A/C unit tried to sell us more than what we needed. I would recommend service first pro to anyone and I will be using them again.

Service First sent a man out promptly to inspect and service our 3 furnaces, which had been somewhat neglected. He took many pictures of gauge readings, etc., and made helpful recommendations of what HAD to be done, and what COULD be done. Then he did the requested work immediately in the same afternoon. He seemed very knowledgeable and honest, and we entered into a service agreement. It wasn’t cheap, but we are happy to protect such a major item in our home.

My technician, Daniel, always does an amazing job and goes above and beyond to make sure that I am educated on the use and care for my system. He is always professional, personable and trustworthy, and is one of the main reasons I set up an annual service contract with this company. I would recommend them highly.
