Technician said my hvac blower motor was ceased and needed to be replaced. I asked if it was possible for the motor to be lubricated since it was running off and on, he stated it wasn't possible as it's internally lubricated and sealed. Afterwards I found videos on YouTube showing how to open and lubricate my exact motor blower. Following the instructions, my motor blower has been working over 6 months later with no problems. I wasn't WOW by their WOW service guarantee after paying $149 for the assessment that was clearly steering me to replace the motor for over $1000.

The two techs that came out were very kindand informative. One was named Zeke. Sorry I can't remember other one. They both explained what was wrong with our 25 yr old ac!! Lol. Very comfortable with them. Would use them again

Zach was a great technician. He was knowledgeable and friendly, arrived on time and was able to fix our A/C unit so we did not have to stay over night in a hotel. Would recommend.

Repairman was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained to me how furnaces work and things to look out for. Really good experience.
