Service Pro is spot on with customer service. I called on a Sunday morning when my A/C went out. They tried to help me trouble shoot and reset it over the phone, but it didn't work, so they sent me a service technician, Chuck Norris (no, not that one!) and he had me up and running in no time. I've been very happy with their responsiveness and customer service.

The team that I dealt with at Service 1st Pros were fantastic. Colin, Jerry, and his son were very professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. On the day of the appointment, Jerry and his son showed up on time, made me feel so comfortable and that I was in good hands. What really stuck out to me was not only their friendliness, but the fact that they put on disposable boot covers when they entered my home. So respectful. Of course itâ s not exactly â funâ having to buy a brand new AC unit for my home, but grateful that if I had to do it, it was with Service 1st Pros. Thank yâ all so much. I definitely 10/10 highly recommend.

Everything was great until I told a couple of men in my neighborhood what I paid. They said it was way overpriced. Unfortunately as a 67 year old single woman, I feel I was taken advantage of. I usually get several bids, but I didnâ t this time. I wonâ t let that happen again. Mary J

They have a very consultative approach to their projects, they lay out the options and give you the choice of what to do, no high pressure sales here.
