Description of Work: We had subscribed to a site years ago to help a friend find a house. On the 4th of July, we saw a house we couldn't pass up. We emailed Tracy Dowdell immediately and she quickly responded with an appointment to see the house that night. She also put us in contact with a mortgage broker to facilitate our offer on that Sunday. Long story short, we found the house we found the house of our dreams and Tracy made it happen.

They started working with me over the internet well over 18 months before I made my purchase while I was stationed overseas in the Navy. This gave me a good idea of the Atlanta housing market when I made my first house hunting visit 6 months ago. My realtor (Anna) was always well prepared and was able to quickly determine the kind of home I was looking for (not easy since I had several specific home requirements). Anna always had more homes for me to see than I anticipated which was extremely helpful in making the most efficient use of limited time on my house hunting visits. This is my first pre-owned home purchase and The Zac Team made it pretty painless from beginning to closing. Many Thanks to the Zac Team for finding me an incredible home!
