I called Jeffrey Graves because we had used him previously through ServiceMagic. He had come as sub for another company we booked with (I prefer this rather than cancelling or saying they are too busy to work the service call), and I thought he did great work. When he installed our disposal previously, he was professional, friendly, tidy, and patient with the fact that I had not yet cleaned out from under the sink. During this latest visit, he came on the service call within just a couple of hours after I called him. He also remembered me just from the phone call. I had a water line leak from my refrigerator that was cause by the hardwood floor refinishers when they tried to disconnect the fridge to remove it. They refused blame to fix it and my tenants were moving into the house that very day. I also booked Mr. Graves to install an new garbage disposal where there had not been one before. This entailed tying in all new electric and plumbing into the dishwasher line. I thought Mr. Graves' quote of $130 to do this was more than reasonable, as I knew that it was a lot of work. I received a call from the tenants and Mr. Graves in the early evening that same day. They said that the disposal was faulty and that I would have to get a new one. I had concerns about being charged again for a service call to come back, but Mr. Graves assured me that there would be no extra charge. He said "I start the job, I finish the job". Wow. Next day a minor setback with Mr. Graves running behind by a couple of hours, but not that big of a deal. It's Atlanta and I understand traffic. I also think that the attention to detail and personal service that this company brings is worth a second look. It is difficult to find a really honest service company who is willing and able to do the job right without rushing through it, and most of all make sure the customer is happy.
