Recently we had a new HVAC System installed by PV Heating & Air: Atlanta Heating & Air Company | HVAC ... along with a tankless hot water heater. Our house is near 50 years old with ducts needing to be addressed. These guys were awesome! They solved our problems and never skipped a beat in addressing issues as the install went along. When supplies were needed, they were in constant contact with their office. The new Trane System is working so well. I had a few companies come look at our system and they did not want to come up with solutions to address the old duct work, just wanted to install a new system. We called PVHVAC because we wanted to quiet our existing HVAC system, which though not very old, was not very good quality and was very noisy. PV did a diagnostic test for static pressure, etc. They adjusted our fans, installed extra returns and enlarged others, and replaced existing return vent covers with high volume air flow. They also installed media filters, an attic tent for us. All these improvements helped greatly and the units are much quieter now, with much better air flow. I would highly recommend their team to anyone who wants efficient, courteous and helpful service on their HVAC. All of the PVhvac team, David, Paul, Dustin, and the other technicians are all great--so friendly, conscientious, hard-working , and respectful of all our questions. They arrived at the scheduled time. Wish we had found PVhvac before we bought our existing units. It turned out that the 2 units we had previously had installed were actually too large for our house. If you are thinking of buying new HVAC, I suggest you have PVHVAC come out and check your system. They can talk to you about your needs. If necessary, they can do a diagnostic test on your existing system and duct work to see what size new units you really need for your home. They made a very serious effort to identify and solve the problems we had with our existing units. Life is so much better now that our system works better and is quieter. Our great experience started with Mike coming to our home to assess our needs for a new a!c and furnace. Our old unit was 23 years old. Each employee we had encountered were professional, friendly and came exactly when they said they would. We appreciate the service we received and love our new system

Our a/c went out on Friday afternoon at 3 pm in 98 degree heat and I was scrambling to get quotes on a new system (ours was 15 year old) and they came out early Saturday morning, spent alot of time looking at our system and what we needed, and their price was the best out of 4 companies. Their installers were here 8 am on Monday morning and spent the day installing a new a/c and new heating system. I had a great experience with their company and they were very professional and with competitive pricing! I am using them from now on!
