The representative was late well over an hour late and didn't call until after i contacted him. That kinda CS is unacceptable. He. CS beyond being late was very professional, kind, with quality work. Josh will do well with a few tweks.

They came in to help with a clogged/slow drain. Turns out part of the 50-year old cast iron pipe had a problem at a y-joint which was causing a problem just on the line that was joining the straight-path (which had no problem). They were supposed to come 2-days later to dig it out and replace it, but when they got here, they re-did the camera. WIth the pipe finally dry, they were able to see the a long run of the pipe was had deteriorated from having water sit in it for long periods of time. The problem is most of the pipe was under a finished portion of the basement. The house is on a big hill and it is a day-light basement. Fortunately, they were willing to brainstorm alternatives with me, and ultimately were able to get access through the side of the house, cap off the bad-pipe, and reroute the kitchen/2 bathrooms directly to the sewer, and did this at the same cost they originally quoted for digging out the y-joint. While I feel it is common-place for vendors to come-back and tell me the problem is worse then originally expected, I often have to wonder if they are just trying to get more money. That clearly wasn't the case here. Not only did they do excellent work, they were open to discussing alternative ideas, explained every step of the way, and I know they weren't trying to get more money, because they did it for the very reasonable amount they originally quoted!

Todd was the onsite rep. Friendly, professional explain what he was doing,what he was looking for found the issue repaired and provide info about long term repairs that will be needed, and clean up better than I thought. I will hire them again! I must mention when I call the office to schedule the man(forgot his name) that answer was also friendly and explain what they would be doing and provide me with detail information about my issue. I would like a refund if possible, I was charged and the pro never came out to do the job. It was a waste of $149! I should have called Roto Rooter!

These guys are TOP NOTCH!! Josh arrived within an hour my service request and both he and Todd were extremely professional! Todd thoroughly explained the issue I had with the back up valve and they were in and out within an hour. Highly recommend these guys!

Very friendly crew who listened to my explanation of problems and my history solving them. Allowed them to resolve two separate issues quickly and fully.

Very prompt after initial request for service. He did have a job delay, but kept me informed about this. Job seemed to be complete, but when I informed him about some post-service problems, he recommend that I use a plunger and use lots of water to help drain. I ended up purchasing more products at the store to finally clear the issue.

Todd is very knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and his thought process. He gave me 2 different options to handle my issue and stated pros/cons for both options. I was pleased with the service and the respect he gave for minimizing damage to my yard while replacing the main pipe. The issue was also resolved quickly and efficiently, he completed the job within one day.

Todd is amazing! Very quick and is great to work with. Having your line stopped up can be stressful and Todd's awesome personality makes it so much better. 2 so-called plumbers came to my house before Todd. He found the problem and fixed it immediately. Then, he identified the source and fixed it permanently. No games just expertise and efficiency. He went down in the concrete found the problem and put it all back together. When you are in a jam you need an expert. Todd is an expert and such a nice guy. He kept me laughing and it helped not to think about the boo boo that was coming out of my clean out :). I strongly recommend. I have VERY high expectations and he exceeded them. I hope never to have this problem again and he made it so much better by being so quick and having such a pleasant demeanor.
