Communication was prompt, polite, consistent and professional. A technician was at our house prepared to do the work within 25 hours of us contacting them. Jeff was great to work with. He was kind and helpful and explained every step of the way. We hired this pro to fix a leaky bathtub drain. The price seemed a little steep (over $300 to fix the drain), but the work was done well and the problem is resolved. We would hire this pro again and recommend them to others.

Mr . Wright did a wonderful job educating me regarding what he was doing. Would recommend him highly.

jeff was very prompt and knowledgeable. he walked us through the process the whole step of the way and made us aware of all pricing options. we will be using them again for all of our plumbing needs, including a future project to replace the old toilet in our master bath w/a more energy efficient one.

Told I needed to have garbage disposal replaced because he couldn't fix leak . He installed a Badger 5 and charged me 469.00 , disposal can be bought for $99.00 - 150.00 so he charged me in excess of 300.00 for labor for a 30 min job . Oh ya and he also said he didn't charge me the 69.00 trip charge . Up until this point I have had outstanding service using Home Advisor . Very disappointed and angry . Never again!

Great people, down to earth, very knowledgeable. We also have multiple other projects they are going to do. They did come 2 days earlier than the appointment though, luckily someone was home then too. :-)
