Michael was call out to test for mold in my daughters apartment. As it turn out mold was present, Michael sent the samples out for testing to determine the types of mold it was. He explained everything thoroughly. He even came by after hours to accommodate my daughters schedule. He was pleasant, professional and caring. He's very good at what he do. October 2, 2017-When I first spoke to MIchael Medley-Indoor Air Quality Consultant, it was obvious that he was very knowledgeable of his subject matter, and hiring him to perform air samples in my home was a "no-brainer". After explaining my dilemma to Michael of being under an extreme time-constraint to have the testing performed, and having the lab results promptly, Michael accommodated me in every way possible. The 48-page lab analysis report that he provided me was very thorough, and contained information regarding every aspect of how to deal with the toxins that were detected in my home, from Lab Analysis Interpretation & Support Documents, to Toxin Removal Safety Precautions. I was so impressed with Indoor Air Quality Services that I retained Michael to provide court testimony regarding his findings. I am 100% satisfied with this company, and I give them my highest recommendation to anyone that is looking for a first-rate professional company, with great customer service, for such an important, and vital issue, as the air we breathe, and toxins that we live among.
