Extremely customer oriented and professional.

They scheduled quickly, were on time, seemed to be thorough, I never had a home inspection before. The report was emailed to me quickly and yes I would recommend them. I only gave a 4 rating on most as I have nothing to compare them to as this is the first time I ever used this type of service.

Easy & flexible to work with, even from long distance.

The inspector was professional and knowledgeable about the home's materials. He took small samples of things to be tested that will be easy to patch up. The report was given in 2 business days from the test and luckily we don't have any asbestos!

Mike was prompt, professional and efficient during his air quality testing. He explained all he was doing, and what to expect with the results. When the test results arrived, he patiently explained (in English) how to read the results, summary and potential remediation to clean my air and improve my breathing.

The inspector came to do the inspection on a Sunday because with our busy schedule that was the most convenient day for us. Very professional and thorough.

my experience with Tri State was wondearful however I'm still reviewing the report given. What I can speak of is their customer service is over the top, both over the phone and in person. Tri State performed a home inspection for sale of home and air quality regarding possible mold.
