Mike was absolutely AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable and informative about the mold problem we were dealing with.

Fantastic customer service throughout. I walked around with the inspector and got lots of tips and advice. It really helped to know what was a REAL problem that the seller needed to deal with via contract, or what was written up but not a deal breaker. I would highly recommend them!

Very professional, impressive report at the conclusion with pictures and comments that are understandable , very knowledgeable, have time for you and willing to answer questions. Very,very thorough! Recommendations are a huge help. Inspector was a few minutes early, no waiting.

Were very accommodating with schedule, did not give me a long window of time to wait. In fact arrived right on time. They were willing to accommodate my request for a longer Test period. The technician immediately removed his shoes upon entering my home. Very friendly and would definitely recommend. :)

I found their inspection to be extremely thorough. They explored every possible aspect of this potential home purchase and their recommendations were easy to understand. Asbestos testing was new territory for me but my experience with Tri State helped to demystify the project. My contact with this company was by phone and e-mail, with Lisa, the friendly and efficient rep. Laboratory results were sent to me within the time promised. I would use Tri State Inspection again.
