The company spent quality time on the telephone with me helping to access my problem and then recommended a subcontractor to come out and do the job. We determined over the telephone that I did not need their services but that did stop the company from following up on the work done by the subcontractor. Excellent customer service and support.

Tri State Properties was extremely professional and polite on the phone and in person. I was explained in detail about my possible situation on the phone so I knew ahead of time what I could be dealing with and solutions before the technician even came out. The tech showed up the same day I called to perform the test and the results were back in a few days which was asap for this test. Lisa Spielvogel was professional and made the entire inspection process easy. They performed asbestos testing on my basement tile flooring. I used the mail-in sample service, which Lisa explained to me and made it easy to understand. Jason Spielvogel's report was detailed and easy to understand. I am now hiring a local asbestos abatement company to come out and remove the asbestos from my basement. Once they received my samples it only took four business days to receive my results. Lisa called me and sent me the report in my e-mail. I definitely recommend Tri State and want to thank them for their help.

I don't know about their work quality. They seem like nice enough guys and knowledgeable. I honestly hate to give a bad review, BUT we ordered an air quality test that they were sending us through the mail on the 10th, It is now the 19th. We have not received the kit. I talked to them several days ago the gentleman said the kit should've been there, and should arrive any day now. I have given it a couple more days, called them left a message with no response. They took my money on the 10th, and the least they could do is communicate with me. I feel like I am being "ducked" for lack of a better term at this point. I would love for this to be resolved!
