The job went excellently. The work was professionally designed, estimated, and installed. I have used Champion in the past and will continue to use them for window/door work.

Great windows. Sales person this time around was great. Installers were prompt, courteous and cleaned up their mess.. The product is very good.

I asked for quate this time, since I still asked 2 more company to quate. When Champion sales show quate $16000, I told him I had $12000. All of sudden, he started panicking and start saying like "Campion product is best! Why you don't buy from us!" I told him nicely that I want to get more quate from other company. Then he started to yell at me "You won't buy from me!" I asked him to leave quate and he said "No! You don't buy! I don't give it to you!" I called customer service and they told me that they'll call back next business day, but they didn't. What kind of company Champion window is? I'm sure that they don't take good care of you after they receive money.

It worked out okay, but I really had to dig my heels in. I have an old pre-civil war home and was replacing all of the windows. Nothing is straight in this house, it's over a 140 years. Several of the windows were put in quite crooked. That's okay if they would just come out and fix it. But the guy came out and argued with me and told me that the wall on the fireplace needed to be fixed and then it would look fine. I'm like, "That doesn't straighten the window." He argued and argued with me. I got my carpenter involved. I said, "Look, maybe he will listen to you." He finally did do the work, but he was not happy with me. What had happened was, I enclosed the fireplace and the chimney with sheetrock and that was just one window. There were several others upstairs that were crooked. They work fine, but that's beside the point. He tried to say, "Pre-existing condition." Well yes, it's a pre-existing condition and you knew that when you came in but doesn't mean that the windows aren't straight. What if I did that with the door? It just doesn't make sense. He was trying to get out of it. It was already paid for. So it would be another trip for him. I don't know how their pay is setup. I'm sure they're just paid an hourly rate or salary or something. So it's no skin off his nose, but he would have to make another trip and bring his crew back. I don't know. But anyway, there were three or four windows. They did come begrudgingly and straighten them. They replaced 20 something windows in the house. Their professionalism was not good.

It was great. They are not the cheapest but they do it all. Arrange all the inspections and permits. I thought it was worth it. It is definitely the same cost as buying a SUV. My daughter was getting married in my back yard and they worked late to get it done on time.

Both the installers, Carlos & Adrien, were on time, did a great job, paid attention to all the details – w/immaculate clean up.

He was nice enough, but he was like sign today and get a $500 discount. I felt very pressured.

Arrived early morning. Removed gutter, replaced rotten wood where necessary covered all surface on eaves with vinyl siding.

Workers on time. Worked quickly & courteous. Left yard clean & front yard roofing, etc.

From the consultation, purchase, and installation, champion has exceeded all expectations.

From sale to install very professional. Installers were great & did a good job.

I had siding and Windows done 14 years ago. Everything has held up great, had a warranty repair a few years ago that went well, but recent dealing with them are awful. Have a window with a failed seal no they were out over 2 months ago to look at it and order the replacement. The local office is very unresponsive. I leave messages to get status and they go unreturned. I had to deal with them last year to get parts for my remodel and very much same thing. The people that come do the work are great, but the management at this location is horrible. I wanted to replace the rest of the windows in my home and do not use them, I went with a competitor that was far more responsive and did excellent work and has been in business for a few decades.

Our experience with Champion Windows has been exceptionally good in the past. We were looking forward to the next phase in replacing the windows in our home, and were not disappointed. The representative, Jose Vera, was thorough and very helpful in explaining all details about the product and service. The gentleman who did the measurements was also a familiar and helpful presence, and the actual installment was done ahead of schedule. Brandon and Joe did a fine job placing the windows in a skillful and efficient manner. They were punctual and quite courteous. We love the quality of Champion windows, and plan to use the company again.

Juan Ponce the leader, Raul Ponce the special artizon, Max & Junior Ponce the great helpers all did a fantastic job. They were more than workmen. They were craftsmen. We couldn’t be happier.

My experience with them was wonderful. I was extremely happy with the results. Everything was just better than we expected.

I went with Champion because they have been around and I wanted a company that would stand behind their product. Well 13 years after having windows and siding I need some service due to a remodel and these guys are painful to deal with, unresponsive and no followup. This time when as I go to replace 15 windows it is not Champion getting the business.

The sales rep, John, was outstanding. Not only did he show us pictures of other sunrooms that Champion had built and discuss the benefits of a three season sunroom, he took a great deal of time to explain the sunroom construction process. It was very informative to learn why the workers would be doing what they would be doing and how their doing so would result in a quality room addition. It was also helpful to visit their factory store and see model sunrooms. While it took longer than we hoped for the permits to be secured and for the construction to begin, we very impressed with the efficiency and effort that the main installation worker, Bo, showed every day that he was at our house. He would explain what he planned to accomplish each day, answer any questions, and inform us if there were any "issues" that arose during the construction. As we had been told would happen, he cleaned up after each day's work before going home. Though the quote we received from Champion was 20% higher than the one we received from another company, we are glad we chose Champion. We have heard numerous compliments about the sunroom from friends and neighbors. The high quality of the materials utilized and the craftsmanship of the workers are clearly evident. Plus there is a warranty to repair or replace items if the need should arise. The sunroom addition is fantastic!

Sales representative came and presented entry door products and available options. We selected custom door. Door arrived and was installed as company told us it would be. Had an issue with the door handle that technician came and reviewed. Expecting return visit in a few days to replace door handle.

All the Champion guys did a great job. Bo was particularly exceptional in his work and customer service. He took care of every little thing we asked for.

i would hate to see their service if they can't even get back to you when you are trying to make a purchase
