They did a great job. The quality was very well also.

They are doing windows and doors. It is supposed to take between 6 to 8 weeks. Everything went very well. The sales representative is Mack. He was extremely excited about his product. He knew his product very well. He answered every question. He showed me how the things were made. He had little demonstrations to show me how good the windows would insulate the house, keep the heat out and cool inside. They won’t be leaking the air conditioning and heating through the window. There was a gentleman who came in and took the preliminary measurements. There was another gentleman who came in few days later. It was according when I would be home. They worked around my schedule very willingly. He spent the time he needed to measure all the doors and windows. He went over my order to make sure everything was as I wanted it. They worked with my finances and did a good job. I am very pleased.

A crew of two arrived to install the doors and windows. The leader of the group spent considerable time ensuring the door hung perfectly. The windows went in without much difficulty although, because I changed the style of some of the windows, the trim had to be redone, something the installer did at no extra charge. He also fixed my front door that had been replaced about a year ago by another company and which never opened properly. I will use Champion again largely because of the quality of the installation (the products are fine but I think there are several companies that make similar products). The windows look nice and the exterior aluminum wrap looks very clean.

Overall the job went very well from the moment I contacted Champion to completion of the job. All personnel I had contact with were very professional and took the time to take care of our questions and concerns. From the time we placed the order to delivery was six weeks just as I was told. The installation crew showed up on time and spent the entire day at my home installing 12 windows and two patio doors. It was good to get it done in one day, however if I were to do it again I would require it be done in two days. One day is just to much for me. The crew did damage my new kitchen floor when removing the french door from the kitchen to the back deck. It was an accident. The crerw took their time and repaired the damage correctly using extra planks I had on hand. I was reimbursed for the shipping cost of the planks which the crew used. Also, one plant under a window was damaged and it was replaced. Both planks and plant was paid for by Champiuon as soon as I showed a receipt to Criss Maple ( I believe he was a district manager). Wife and I are very happy with the complete job. .

They were going to finance the $10,000 and then had to pay $500 per month until the balance was paid off. I said that was not going to happen. They tried to take the money from my accounts so I sent two certified letters to Champion Windows and the bank I use. It is very disappointing and I will seek a different company to do the work. I do not suggest using this company. Make sure if you use this window company you find a company that will finance 100% of the bill. They need to be more open and informative up front.

I changed the scope of work from a three-season room to a new addition to my home. They were on time. They were fine and very professional.

As mentioned above, my experience was that of arguing high pressure sales, with poor technical proposal and lies about their competitors products; My existing LP siding is swollen and delaminating and they thought I was dumb enough to be sold vinyl siding that they were going to put over existing defective Louisiana Pacific siding without taking all the defective LP product off first, just cover it up. Salesman actually told me that the Hardie Plank product which I was considering would have to be painted every two years or that the Hardie warranty would be voided...yeah right. Upfront I told salesman that I had been investigating and pricing alot of vinyl replacement windows, and he told me "Champion has one model of vinyl replacement window, a cadillac", true it is sturdy but from my investigation many of their competitors products are still energy star qualified and from what I've heard significantly cheaper. (Remember, since Champion salesman told me their window was a "cadillac" but never called again nor gave me the the window quote I'd requested, nor vinyl siding estimate; I had to assume they were also priced like a cadillac and not competitive.)

The room was constructed by one craftsman over a period of 4 weeks. His workmanship was superb. He cleaned up every evening,arrived punctually, and answer any questions we posed.

Nothing really stood out about them. We originally called them because of their name and the ads we saw. They were very expensive and in high pressure and that is why I will not use them again.

Excellent - Sales person (Mack) set up appointments at our convenience (last appointment to review details was done on a Sunday). His assistant put everything on computer and provided a picture of what our house would look like with the new windows and shutters. The price quote we received was much better than I expected - they were running some specials that weekend, so that helped. So, we decided to go with Champion. Installation was scheduled as soon as windows were made. Installers showed up on time, finished job in a day, and cleaned up everything before they left. Couldn't ask for much more. We were very pleased with everyone we dealt with at Champion. Everyone was professional and polite. I would gladly recommend them to anyone considering replacement windows. FYI - we had already had some of our windows replaced by another company and the quality and workmanship was definitely inferior to Champion. We may eventually get Champion to replace the ones put in by the other company.

It was the best experience I ever had. They were great. It came out better than I ever thought it would. The salesman promised me a lot of things but didn't put it in the contract. My daughter also heard him make the promises and the manager at Champion honored the promises. They came back to fix the caulking that I had damaged by placing hardwood floors down which wasn't even their responsibility.

Overall I believe Champion Windows are among the best. They are a little overpriced. The reason I did not use them was the first impression I got from the salesman. He destroyed my confidence in the company. If I had started out with the regional manager, I would have Champion Windows in my house right now.

Previously, we had some problems with this company. They had some management and staff changes the that have greatly improved things. Now they're incredibly responsive, timely, and follow-up after service calls. They're doing the job right the first time. Now I'm recommending them to other people!

The work was excellent; top notch. It was a little on the expensive side but we could not have been happier with the windows. They had done a great job and had all the reason in the world to contact me but they did not. There was no follow up.

I have dealt with several different types of employees with this company and their employees are not consistent in their customer service, responsiveness and professionalism, some are okay to good and others are terrible. The installation was the worst part, they showed up very late, they scratched my hardwood floors (which the company gave me $250 off the price), and I had to watch over them to make sure that they completed the job correctly. I love their product and haven't found a better one on the market for sliding glass doors windows and that is the only reason that I would put up with doing business with them again.

Excellent experience all the way through. The showroom salesman was very informative and answered all our questions. The folks who measured showed up on time and were fast. The installers were on time, very professional, clean and neat. They even replaced a little wood we hadn't planned on replacing, but was needed. After installation, the guys cleaned all the windows and then made certain all our questions were answered before leaving. My only complaint was that we responded to a "one day" only sale. Then, saw the same sale advertised several times over the next few weeks. Sort of a con, but the rest of the experience was so good, we were very satisfied.

The price is high, but the quality of the work and product is great. Their was some miscommunication and they charged us for more windows than we needed. The install guys were great. They were happy to make any changes I wanted and they were great to work with. I did have to stay on top of them to make sure everything got done and on time.

Contacted company at local home improvement show. Sales rep. called and set up appt. quickly and came out and gave a price. Sales pitch had an edge of pressure, but not overly so. Contract was signed, but it was several weeks before contact was made to order windows. Windows arrived sooner than was quoted and appt. was made for installation. Crew came out within an hour of scheduled time, explained the process, were very friendly and professional. Cleaned up the mess completely, offered a walk around to check for completed job.

We called for an estimate, and were able to schedule it right away. We received 4 estimates, Champion being our last estimate. The factory representative came equipped with everything necessary to help us make a decision. The windows had everything we were looking for in a replacement window. The rep took measurements, and gave us an initial price. We then gave him a coupon we had which he quickly honored by adjusting the price. There were no secret add-ons to the price and the price was substantially lower than the other quotes. It was very plain and simple. As a quality check, another factory rep came to our home to re-measure just prior to placing the window order. We were contacted when the windows were in and were able to schedule installation the next day. The installers showed up on time, worked all day to finish the job. They were exceptionally efficient, and polite. They did a great job. We love the windows. They look great!

The product is well worth the money - keeps out noise and heat/cold. Keeps inside temp. where you want it. Sunlight indeed comes in as light, not heat. They are beautiful. Unfortunately, it is sold by some very poor business people. Calls are either not returned at all, or, if you call a supervisor, the person just under them will finally call you back. Their pitch is that you are dealing directly with the manufacturer, no middle man, but it is all the same, since they claim to have no ability to influence what happens at the plant in Cincinnati. We were frustrated and disgusted and very disappointed with the company by the time it was over. But -- the windows are lovely and supposedly carry a lifetime guarantee. I just hope they will actually come out if we ever have to call them about a problem. The installation process was not encouraging.

This company has many locations in the Atlanta area and is quite established. They have warranted our new room for fifteen years. Another thing I like is that they manufacture all their products in the Atlanta area. The vinyl moisture barrier they placed below the floor of the new room should protect it from weather damage and enable us to enjoy this room for many years to come.

These guys were very prompt after I called them and told them what I wanted. They were very professional with their work they knew exactly what they were doing. They have been in business since 1953 and since that time they have been great. Their price is very reasonable. They offer from time to time, percentages off, which gives the client a good deal.

I think that they did a great job as it was difficult work and they gave us a good warranty. We did have a window shatter and they came back out and replaced it free of charge. I interviewed 6 companies and they were the cheapest.

They did come out three different times. They came once to measure, then to install the windows and also to fix a leak. They were late with the first appointment however they were on time with the other two. They did do a pretty good job overall, and I am pretty happy with the windows.

The sales representative came to my house to give an estimate for replacing my windows and a door. I explained to him that I was in the process of getting bids for this work. At first he was quite pleasant and did a good job explaining the features of Champion windows. He gave me an estimate for the work with a 40% discount and some additional deductions but then told me this price was only good if I signed a contract on the spot. I told him I was not going to sign anything until I had all my bids in and I would like a quote for the every day price. At this point he really put the pressure on and was obviously upset. He finally gave me another( higher ) quote. This was a very bad experience for me. Champion are obviously a very high pressure sales company and there is no way I would hire them to do this work.
