Great! every person from estimate to completion was very knowledgeable and courteous. All jobs were done on time and the guys cleaned up the mess. I have this company. These windows have declared my heating and cooling fees plus they are easy to clean.

Jeff, the sales person, was very courteous, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was honest and answered all our questions. He was not pushy at all and understood our needs. He followed up with a letter asking how he could help gain our business and we told him and we were able to negotiate a deal that made everyone happy. A separate person came back to make all the measurements and each window was made custom to fit perfectly. Then the crew arrived on schedule and removed all the old 32 windows and replaced them with their vinyl custom made windows in a period of approximately 5.5 hours. The installation or finished product was done in a very good manner. Every worker knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently with close attention to detail. I was satisfied with the completed job and I am a person who monitors details very closely. The crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

This company presents a serious 'dog & pony' show in an attempt to convince potential customers that their products are superior to all other companies and to justify their high prices. I highly recommend that anyone considering this company get other bids and not be blinded by 'the show'. Stick to what really matters, true comparisons and real references.

Start - Salesperson came out & demonstrated how the windows would look like & the quality. Next a man came out to measure. When the windows came in the workmen sealed off the rest of the house from the work area. When finished everything was cleared & all old windows & any clutter was taken away.

Mack's wife, worked with us to help us save money and salvage what we could from our old siding job. Champion, was professional, worked quickly and did a thorough cleaning when finished with the job.

They were excellent. They were on time, they told you exactly why and what they were going to do. They demonstrated what the windows were going to do, so you knew exactly how they worked. They were just very very helpful.

A representative came to my home and explained in detail the whole process in terms I could understand. I had a great choice of siding to choose from and good choices as far as financing. I would recommend this company to anyone. The work quality has been excellent. The workers found a gas leak while they were working and told me right away and I was able to get it repaired promptly by the gas company. The workers were friendly and very helpful through the whole process.

Sales people were professional. The installation crew arrived on time and completed the job same day. The windows are great and the job was finished to my satisfaction including clean up and follow up.

The only complaint I had was a window that fogged up. They sent me a brochure explaining why it happens. I still do not like it.

The windows are incredible. I have had a lot of work done at my house and I have never worked with a more professional company. The sales person explained exactly what they were going to do for me. The windows are top quality, blocking all heat and sun. Before the guys got here, I thought the installation was going to be a nightmare, but it wasn't at all. They installers were great! And the installation was absolutely perfect and I've never had a perfect job done. The price is so unbelievably worth the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them. Who could be excited about windows? I am!!

After construction delays due to getting approval from the Community Association Architectural Review Board, Champion started construction in late 2011. The construction proceeded quickly from that point intil completion of the project.

They were excellent. They employees did the job very quickly and the quality of their work was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. They have payment plans. They clean up everything.

The sales manager was professional and met with us in the evening. He followed up with us while we were checking other products but was not too aggressive. We were able to work with them to get what we needed in our budget and the process was very simple. The quality of the product is outstanding and the installation team was friendly, quick and very clean. They arrived on time and got to work. The windows and door look great and we've been very happy with them and will eventually replace all of our windows with Champion.

This company is very good throughout - from the salesman, to the installers, to the administration team. They are considerate, respectable, and personable. Their politeness is awesome. They use “yes, Sir” and “yes, Ma’am”. Their cleanup was spectacular. Everything they said they were going to do they did, such as re-hanging blinds, at no extra fee. They were also on time with everything, unlike other contractors I have worked with in the past. If you’re going to do it like a champ, do it with Champion Windows. I highly recommend this company to others.

It turned out really well. They did a super job. Mac was the salesperson and he really knew his stuff. He sold with low pressure and did a very good job. Jim the installer did a great job and there were no problems. I would highly recommend them.
