There were two people who came out for an estimate. One said he had been in the industry for 10 years. The other one appeared to be new. The new guy was very nice and professional. The veteran sales person was extremely pushy and salesy. They over-stayed their welcome (2+ hour visit). I have never dealt with somebody so pushy in my entire life. I think Champion has quality products, but they were out of my budget and the guy refused to take no for an answer. We will not be using them.

First team did the foundation for the patio room which is two stories up from the ground. Second team built a room out right. Third person set glass and screens. Third team built entire "wrap around" "most gorgeous deck" with hand rail abd aluminum banisters. Excellent! Could not expect higher professionalism!!! Personal: Out-of-pocket additional agreement to project, paid for flooring, costs for customized door, ceiling fans and paint plus painter = $6,000. Workmen: On schedule, organized, precise, accurate, clean in workmanship, "no waste", professional, thoughtful interaction with owner and "superb craftsmanship!"

Crew arrived on time and did a bang up job. Cleaned up everything and hauled old windows away. I think Champion is the way to go!

Ordered 5/23 installed 7/13. Product custom made to our order. Improved use of room due to temperature variations, pollen intrusions, rain. Very happy with product, installation and very punctual.

While I am sure they have a superior product, the estimate took over 4 hours! I was in no way prepared to spend that amount of time for an estimate. We have a lot of windows 44, I found out. But for me, 4 hours was way too long for a price tag I can't afford.

OK...last year, we hired Window World to replace all the front-side windows (1968-single pane...almost falling out ...desperate homeowners). I could not believe it when their subcontractors hinted for tips (really???). After they left (without tips)...my husband and I said we would never use this company again. After another remodeling fiasco in 2012, we joined AL! This time, when we needed to replace the side door to our garage, we checked AL and called Champion Windows & Doors. Mark wrote us an estimate and we placed a deposit of $1500 on April 4, 2013. He said that Champion doors cost a little more, but it would be worth it in the long run. He stated that this company's employees neither ask for tips nor do they drive up in unmarked trucks (no subcontractors, here). He also stated that the crew wear shirts with the company logo for identification. Good...now, the negative...we were told that to construct our slightly shorter doors would require approximately 9 weeks. 11 weeks later and after forking over a hefty deposit, we made a 3rd phone call to Champion. We explained that we could not go on vacation with this old door and were running out of patience and would someone please call us to have the doors installed! Champion installers were at our house the next day along with our tree service!...overall, the installers did a very, very good job of door installation. So, this is the only negative comment... we had to keep calling for our doors to be installed...2 weeks later and a couple of phone calls.

Until the last purchase when Champion's management changed the experiences were pleasant the new management is not readily loyal to repeat customers they are hard - nosed.

The team at the office as well as the team who did the installation were great very responsive, met my needs professional & willing to go the entire mile.

He was cordial. He spent a lot of time with us and I like the guy. It's just that the product was too expensive.

Jim Hedlin, a champion installer arrived on time with a helper. The job including wrapping the windows, took 6 hours. they did a wonderful job and left the place clean and than when an they arrived.

Jim & Joe were on time, installed two large entry doors, did the trim work, cleaned up the mess, and were finished on-time. Excellent work.

Great! From sales person to installer, all were exceptional.

On time finished in an hour very efficient.

The finished job was well done. On a scale of one to ten I would give them a seven. There were a couple of things that could probably have been done better. On the initial work they took a different route than we asked and we had to ask them to start over. They were not happy about that but they did do it. They had to go back to the contract we signed and look at the dimensions. So they did make it right in the end.

Excellent company, service was great from start to finish. I even found a small tear in the patio screening a year later and they came right over and replaced the entire panel, no questions asked. The tech also looked over the rest of the screening and did some tucking in of the screen that had come loose and repaired another panel as well that he found . The patio is covered for life and they mean it.

Was quick and neat, worked until the project was completed with no delays. Great jobs!

Went very well. Several contractors said we could not get replacements - Champion just DID it.

They were terrific. We looked at three companies and basing it on their product and warranties they have the most reasonable price. We find a little problem in our windows and they came and fixed it. They were very professional. The workers showed up right on time. They worked consistently and cleaned up everything. They finished the job for two days. We were never left with an open window overnight. We recommended them to our neighbors.

They had a fantastic knowledge of the product. They were very nice people. Their product was slightly expensive.

Their price was very reasonable and the overall experience went really well. They got the job done quickly. It was going to be raining the next couple of days so they got it done real quickly. The workmen were really nice and they were really good.

I was dispappointed that the "big deal" was definitely not a "big deal" for me.

Champion sent out a sales rep. He took measurements then set down and determined price. We signed a contract and paid in advance. The sales man left and we received a phone call for an appointment for putting in the new windows. The day came the crew of two showed up and the job was done quickly and neatly. We will use Champion again for our old sliding door.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. The estimate was done very quickly. The sales rep was highly knowledgeable about the product. He was able to come up with exactly what I wanted and needed. The installation process was good because the people who did the work didn't make a mess. They were very careful. They didn't damage any of my shrubs or plants. They went out of their way to make it as simple and easy as possible. They were in and out and they were great.

We had large architectural windows in our home that had deteriorated to the extent that they could not be repaired. We asked for an estimate from Champion and the salesman went over their products with us. I believe he spent more time trying to sell his product rather than showing us what he had available and letting us decide. We agrred to have them complete the work. They sent out an employee to measure the windows and we waited several weeks for the windows to be made. When the windows were delivered to the installer they reported that one was dropped and broken and they had to reorder the window which delayed the install for a couple of weeks. The contact at Champion was very good about keeping us informed on the progress of the order and in coordinating the delivery and installation dates. The actual installation of the windows was completed in one day and the quality of the service was excellent and we are very pleased with the finished product. In spite of the set backs in delivering the order our experience was positive.

The sales person was very very helpful. I was referred to another website for checking a window company without minimum # of windows requirement.
