Completed on time within contract price.

Rainy weather caused delays in starting date of job, but once begun, repair was completed in 4 days.

They were real good and I would recommend them. They were right on time.

It was very good. I had used them before. They were great. They were on time. They did what they said they will do. That was good. The product quality is an A+.

John, the sales man, was late for appointment. Andy, the room supv, was late for measurement appointment. Room wasn't built to our initial design. However, the crew was excellent and very punctual.

The installers were great. Came on time, did the job well and cleaned up after. No issues with them at all. They even plugged a wood bee hole for me.

Terrible price; very high pressure to sign on the spot. Cost of windows was multiple times what others were offering. Told service rep we were just getting a comparison quote and person providing estimate was very pushy . Said Champion windows were the best and continued to push paperwork to sign. Very poor customer service. We are in older condo building and possible sale of numerous units had they acted professional. Quote from Champion was $30,000 for just windows but if we signed on the spot we could get them for only $19,000. We believe we got better and higher grade windows AND replaced 4 patio doors for $10,000 with a better warranty from Home Depot. Would recommend staying far away from Champion - had 5 windows quotes and they were by far the highest price and least professional.

What I ended up getting was different than what I asked for. When I called him out and explained our frustrations, we were told they only one way.

The service went well. They installed them professionally, they were on time, and the windows look nice. The interactions with them were very good.

Champion was very professional in all aspects, including both the sales/estimate site visit and the installation. The salesman explained everything and answered all my questions in great detail and was punctual for the site visit. He also answered the phone promptly when I called a couple of days later with another question. The installation crew was also on time and professional. The job was not a straightforward one due to some unusual windows that needed replacing, but it was clear they took pride in their work and made sure everything was just right before they left. The installed windows are beautiful, function well and really add a lot to the look/feel of the space. Champion isn't the cheapest, but their good quality windows, and professional sales & service were worth it to me.

They did a good job over all, but I did have to have someone come out to address a few problems. Arturo came and addressed our concerns. We had a window that leaked and a very squeaky lock on the front door. Arturo also had to adjust the door because it did not close properly. We had one double hung window that was not level and he fixed that as well. We have had a bit of trouble cleaning the windows because of the glue residue that was still on the panes. Hopefully over time we will be able to get it all off. Arturo could not address this problem because the light has to be just right in order for the streaks to show. On the whole I am now satisfied with the installation. The only reason I said I would not use them again was the price. Even after adjustments and special offers the cost was quite high. I do think the windows and door are good quality and they do a very good job of eliminating glare, but I cannot afford for them to do the rest of our windows.

The crew arrived on time, were very courteous, placed drop cloths down inside our house when they were working inside, when they entered they removed their shoes to not dirty my floors. The work with completed with minimal disruption. They vacuumed every area they worked and cleaned up everything outside.

Our experience with them was excellent. We liked the product, bought it and the installation was seamless. The workers were all kind and professional. The windows were installed very quickly. We're very happy and can absolutely tell a difference with the AC bill and look forward to energy savings this winter. I couldn't afford to do all of the windows in my home, but when I can I will complete the project with Champion.

The rep immediately noticed that a number of the windows replaced in 2004 (turned out to be 10) had seal failure and there was condensation between the panes. The front door estimate was definitely not the lowest, but we felt confident that the work would be done right. The front door, 2 sidelights and fanlight window above were all replaced by extremely skilled, polite and careful workers. They hauled away all debris and left the area clean. All of the failed windows were measured and replacements ordered at no cost to us. When the 10 windows arrived at Champion, one was broken in shipment so we are waiting on that replacement to schedule the installation of all of the failed windows at the same time.

We are pleased with a company that stands behind their work and product; would definitely recommend them to others (and have done so).

I am very pleased with their service. I was very pleased with their service, because they were courteous and prompt. They also gave me a good price that we worked out. I could tell that the windows made a big differences with make it cooler. I have also gotten a lot of compliments too.

We were very happy with their service. They were prompt; They did have to manufacture the windows and told us how long it would take. They were within the time frame window of when they told us. They are a little pricey, but they do a good job.

They did an excellent job. I got excellent feedback from my neighbors about I t. They were very responsive where there were some areas that they had to do some re-caulking. They were thorough. 8 workers came out and they had the work completed within a week. They did have to come back, because I had a special triangle custom windows; so they had to come back to install those 3 weeks later. Overall they were fantastic.

They removed all screens and framed out for the glass. They then took accurate measurements for the glass. They said it would take about 3-4 weeks for the glass to be cut and installed. They had the glass in about 10 days and finished the job in 2 days. They were very professional and followed up a few days later to see if we had any problems or questions. I would recommend this company to others seeking a sunroom. We now have about 300 square feet more of indoor living space.

That was fantastic. The windows were high in and expensive. I thought something was wrong with one of them and they sent someone out immediately.

They have been back a couple of times to try to fix that for me. We are still in the process of getting the door corrected. They have been out a couple of times and even took pictures. They are trying to make the custom door right.

There were some screens that were the wrong size. They tried to come out this past week to put new ones in and they had ordered the wrong ones. The follow up with them, I am not 100% yet.

They always do a really great job and I have used them for all of my window installations. I will refer them to anyone.
