Donna was absolutely spectacular with walking me through the process, set the expectations, and executed the assessment flawlessly. We received specific information on the issues with our home and were able to successfully eliminate from the home all problem areas.

Very professional and knowledgeable company. They responded to my call for asbestos testing in a very timely manner. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough in selecting and identifying potential asbestos sites and was happy to explain the process to me before starting the testing. She was careful in handling sites and I felt comfortable that the testing addressed all suspected areas. Pricing was fair and the turn-around time for test results and report was great.

Donna with Cascade did an amazing job. I do my renovations myself so it was especially important for me to find someone I could trust. The workers were helpful and friendly. Removal of the floor caused a huge amount of dust and debris to fall through the floor into the basement laundry room below, We didn't expect this and the room was full of our stuff that got covered with dust. While waiting for the air quality inspector to arrive the crew voluntarily went into the basement room and cleaned it up.

Donna is great. She is friendly, knowledgeable and arrived on time for the appointment to test for asbestos. Their cost for the test was much less than other companies I checked with.

Manager from Keller Tile installation told me regulations prevented him from installing tile in my bathrooms without an asbestos test. I told him the home was built in 1984, the vinyl bathroom floor was replaced in hours one day, purchased from Lowes. The test costed $250 and 4sq inch was removed for the test. It tested negative for asbestos. It has been 3 weeks since I paid for toilets 3, and 2 tile installation. I called and requested the materials order to be delivered to my home. After several days a Saturday after noon time of 4:15 to 8:15 pm was given. I confirmed. The materials were not delivered. DONNA did a very good , professional test and accommodated me with a printed copy for my household files. Donna was on time and efficient. Donna had a pleasant personality.

I needed total demolition along with asbestos abatement. They did a good job with demolition and abatement.

I have submitted the request for a quote to several companies, among those, Cascade did return the info in the most professional way: this is why I hired them. Once on the job they Donna demonstrated high professionalism in getting the job done, despite being between Holidays, she came back to complete the task. I really appreciate her effort.
