My AWFUL experience with Buckhead Sofa doesn't appear to be unique given the reviews on other sites (BBB). I wish I read them before making my purchase. It's nearly 5 months since I ordered the sofa, and I still don't have what I ordered. The husband and wife owners were all too happy to take my order (which must be paid for via check--I should have taken this as a warning sign in itself). A month later, I received the sofa, but the cushions didn't fit. (I later learned they ordered a sofa configuration the manufacturer doesn't even make--so much for being the sofa experts--and therefore, would never fit properly.) The owners repeatedly promised me they would fix the problem or take the sofa back. Well, its been nearly 5 months, countless calls and visits to their store to try to fix THEIR blunder. It's still not fixed. However, what's most frustrating is they repeatedly broke promises as I've PATIENTLY tried to resolve this with them. Take my experience as a warning.
