A leak had developed around the chimney. They redid the wood around the chimney that had rotted. They resealed all the area around the chimney and repainted it. They made sure that all the work was done. They cleaned up. I had them take off the rotten wood. They were very prompt. The job took a couple of days because we had bad weather. The repair worked fine. It has been a week since then. We can?t say that some work was done. The re painting was done well.

I was confident going in that Bell would give a fair estimate and do professional work based on Angie's recommendations. Spent significant amount of time on phone with Donna, Bell's anchor. She is so patient and thorough and ensured that we selected the shingles we wanted, communicated scope of work precisely, and kept me informed as to work schedules. Charlie Bell did the initial estimate and was present during the early stages of the work until handing off to Carlos, his foreman, and their diligent crew. They were punctual, considerate, and thorough, doing a ground inspection for nails and other debris.

Charles Bell, the owner, was involved in all aspects of the job and he and his crew conducted themselves in a professional and highly competent manner at all times. Donna in Mr. Bell's office is a sheer delight and kept me informed about work schedules and everything else I needed to know. Even though I have been remiss in taking so long to file this report, I would be doing an injustice if I failed to let subscribers to Angie's List know that Bell Roofing is a superior roofing company and that I received an outstanding roofing job from this company.

It went very well. We had to wait a few weeks for installation, because there were other jobs ahead of ours. We were a little concerned about the wait, due to the fact that our old roof had a leak that was dripping into one of our bedrooms! Charlie Bell, the owner, made a separate trip to our home, and put a tarp in place that would keep out any rain until the new roof could be installed. We definitely appreciated this extra effort, and we were not charged for the extra trip. Donna, in the office, kept us posted as to delivery and pick-up of dumpster, arrival of crew, what to do before they arrived, etc. She was friendly, professional and always returned calls promptly. Installation was completed in a day. The dumpster arrived on time, the crew showed up and got busy. They cleaned up very well before they left. The foreman answered any questions we had during the process. The crew worked well together and were polite. Owner, Charlie Bell took time to discuss any concerns we had before the job was done. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He came back for inspection after the job was done.

The whole process went very well. Donna in the office is a great communicator. She made sure I knew what to expect. They brought the dumpster when she said they would. They arrived when she said they would. She told me who was coming and answered any of my questions. The roof looks great. I thought a couple of shingles weren't laying correctly, and they changed them out for me. It took two days to do the roof. They did a great job on clean up. In terms of price, I got 3 estimates and they were all very close to being the same. The price was a little higher than the estimate because they had to replace some rotten wood. The price per foot for that was listed on the estimate.

Bell Roofing got our roof repaired in record time. They stayed with their estimate. They came exactly on time as promised, got the work done with efficiency, and cleaned everything up. They took care not to damage my property. I thought they were great.

I honestly could not tell you what I paid Bell by the time my roof was all said and done but I can tell you that I paid a fair price for the services rendered. Bell was fabulous and they were wonderful to me as a paying customer. My roof looks beautiful.

I called Bell Roofing and received an estimate in a timely manner, the price was good and the installation took only 1 day. The clean up was excellent, the crew was professional and good natured. Any questions I had were answered promptly and the office manager was very personable and easy to work with. A great and stress free experience overall.
