Quick response and prompt service, especially considering it was a unexpected necessity. The technicians were professional, amiable, knowledgeable and thorough. About 20 minutes after I gave the thumbs up and they left, I noticed a minor issue. They drove all the way back for something that took, literally, 2 minutes (if that) to fix. Can't beat integrity!!! Will definitely call on them when I need the services they provide.

Timely and very professional, courteous

Mr.Willis is very personable and likable. He quickly solved my problem and had the shower and facets working properly. My problem was high water pressure which had my shower singing, facets and shower leaking. The water pressure was 90 before he replaced the valve. After Mr. Willis installed the valve the pressure lower to 60. The water fixture are functioning properly and the only singing I hear from the shower is my daughter's. Thanks Mr. Willis.

RW plumbing did and excellent job installing our water heater same day. I was impressed by his professionalism and skill. We will definitely use him again for our plumbing needs.

I noticed a tear in the brand new linoleum flooring after the plumbing work was completed, and I contacted RAHMEL WILLIAMS with RW Plumbing. I was actually waiting to see if he would reach out to me, in a customer service mode, to tell me about the damage to the floor but that never happened. On the 4th business day after the plumbing service, I still had not heard from RW Plumbing. I took a photo of the damage and sent it to Mr. Williams via email. He immediately called me, and wasted 15 minutes of my time telling me how the floor could not have been damaged by RW Plumbing. I was so very disappointed, and I tried to explain to him that the tear was a direct result of RW Plumbing relocating the refrigerator, but Mr Williams refused to accept the blame for the damage. Mr Williams knew the flooring had recently been installed, and the damage was noticed by me as soon as RW Plumbing left my home. I had to call Mr Williams back to the kitchen area to ask about the drip from the faucet he just installed. I thought, being a professional, Mr. Williams would have pointed out the damage to the flooring and I would have contacted the installer to report the damage. The refrigerator was AWAY from the wall when RW Plumbing arrived, and it was RETURNED TO THE RECESSED AREA by RW Plumbing when the job was completed. I will contact the installer, but consumers need to know that RW Plumbing will not easily accept a complaint from a customer. And apparently they know nothing about "the customer is always right .." I also said to Mr Williams that "I hope you will offer me a discount on future plumbing projects as a result of this damage" .. which was basically a commitment to hire RW Plumbing again, but Mr Williams was too focused on convincing me and himself that the damage to the brand new flooring was not caused by RW Plumbing's movement of the refrigerator. I guess I'm "old school" and I don't understand a business owner not trying to keep business and not extending himself in order to receive additional business. Too bad .. all my friends are home owners.

After describing the water leak to RW Plumbing I was surprised to hear that they were going to try to come to my home and attempt to diagnose the problem on the same day. RW Plumbing was not only able to find the problem, they were able to fix the leak for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with this company and would not hesitate to recommend or hire them again in the future.

I was very pleased with this company. first of all they showed up in a company truck clearly marked RW Plumbing, so that gave me some peace of mind. They gave me a detailed estimate of the work to be done and warranted their work. They worked hard and got the job done before night fall. They explained everything they had done and made sure i was satisfied before they departed. And lastly their price for the work was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing needs.

I would definitely hire him again he was punctual, polite, wearing the company shirt and driving van which matched, so I knew he was the person I had spoke on the phone and knew who I was inviting in my home. Since we actually spoke on phone he knew what was required to fix my issue, I am chorally satisfied with the job

My main water line was down and when he looked at the problem, he came a day early! Very good plumber! Professional, courteous and fast. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Beyond Satisfied.

Rahmal Willis (RW) arrived on time and brought with him a lady who was learning the plumbing repair business. He was taking the time to teach her the craft. I was VERY happy to see this happening. I'm always supportive of a woman learning what has basically always been a man's job. They looked over the problem I was having, evaluated what needed to be fixed/changed, gave me an estimate for charges and upon agreement, finished the job in a short time span. I was very pleased and satisfied with their work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

He did great work in a rental property of mine. The process was easy and he was cordial. I would have liked a total cost of parts and labor in the beginning quote but he was able to rectify it quickly and get the job done well.

Pleased with small project and would hire again.
