ATL Water Restoration over scoped and overpriced the work they did to inflate their bill. I questioned the amount of belongings they were throwing in the dumpster and the amount of tear out they did in their remediation. They also brought out their own plumber ($1315) and moving company ($5,750). Within 38 days, I experienced a second flood and called out my own plumber ($350 for a more through job). Their moving company over packed wardrobe boxes & they were so heavy they started crushing under the weight causing many boxes to fall apart. Many items were broken. After insurance paid, I was issued a lien against my home from the dumpster company in the amount of $700 (insurance paid $980 and AWR invoiced $1690). They are an unethical company & They not only refused to provide more detail of the invoice and over inflated their charges, but they also added a 10% overhead to the bill.
