Description of Work: They took down large dead tree branch that was over the house. They removed several large trees and ground the stumps. They cleaned up a large area of brush. They are very professional and easy to work with. They are timely and honor their commitments. We would highly recommend them for any job, large or small.

Description of Work: Even though they underestimated the cost and the difficulty of removing a 100' oak tree, not once did anyone from the company, including the owner, look at me and say, "We made a mistake and it will cost more to complete the job." As they got to a critical part of the removal, the owner said they were going to have to cause some unexpected damage to my lawn and they would take care of it. Within one week from the time the tree was dropped, cut-up, and removed, a landscape company contacted me to schedule a time to inspect the damage and provide an estimate for repair. Georgia Tree stood behind their commitment 100% and I incurred no additional expense. They even had to send a different company to grind the stump after the first stump grinding company did not meet my expectations. This was also at absolutely at no cost to me and was done without any hesitation. | |These people truly understand what "customer satisfaction" means. They fully met my expectations and their commitments in every way. Meeting my expectations is not difficult as long as a service provider does what they say they are going to do and it is done to what I perceive our agreement to have been without any ancillary discussion.
