It went very well. The contractor was able to expedite our project as it was more urgent than others they had. When they didn't do exactly what they promised because of complications with their equipment, they were quick to return and finish the job manually. Would definitely hire these guys again.

Excellent work! I am very pleased with the work and cleanup. Kyle was wonderful to work with --prompt, professional and courteous. I would use GTC again and recommend to neighbors. I had a job that lasted at least 5 hours and Kyle was present the entire time. He directed his team as to what I wanted - I didn't have to be standing around while the crew was working. There were a few questions, but because Kyle understood what i needed done, I was able to work at home without taking a day off. These are now my "go to" tree guys!

On Sunday afternoon I sent an email asking for a quote on having some work done. Less than an hour later I received a phone call asking to set up a time to see what was needed and give us a quote. A few days later, Ben came out to see what we needed. He gave us a very good description of what his workmen would do and provided us with a quote. There was no "hard sell". He left us the quote and we called him later to ask him to do the work. We were not in a hurry to have the work done, and told him so. About 10 days later, Ben called and said his crew would be out the next day to remove the tree. They were there as promised and did a great job. The area was completely cleaned up before they left. A few days later they brought out a stump grinder and took care of the stump. Once again, everything was completely cleaned up. Georgia Tree Co. did an excellent job at a very good price. We will definitely call them in the future.

Georgia Tree Company (GTC) was very courteous and professional. They spent plenty of time with me to ensure that they understood what I wanted to accomplish and they answered all of my questions completely. It is obvious that GTC is in the business for the long haul; they have the right tools for the job - from bucket trucks to log hauling trucks to chipping machines to stump grinding machines, and more. GTC did a great job for me - they cut down the trees that we agreed upon, they hauled off all of the debris, and they ground all of the stumps. Some of the largest trees were very close to the house and they removed them without causing any damage. You might say that their work was surgical in nature - very precise - they obviously have lots of experience and know what they are doing. I primarily worked with Benjamin Wercholuk. Working with Ben was a pleasure; he helped me to make several decisions involving tradeoffs between cost and outcome. Ben made sure that the project went smoothly and he took care of all of the details. I have used a few tree removal companies over the past 20 years, and I have to say that GTC is the best that I have tried.

When you hire a contractor like this, you want nothing unusual to happen. You want them to come within a reasonable time frame, do the job well, and leave, while keeping their workers and your property safe. Well, that's what happened. They came. A worker climbed up the main tree with a chainsaw, proceeded to cut limbs and pieces out of it, and worked his way down. Then they cut up the big pieces and removed them. They took down the small tree and the shrub and shredded them. They even blew the leaves off my driveway for free. After the job they got my payment and left. I was very satisfied. Because of that, I told them they could leave their sign in my yard a couple of weeks instead of removing it right away. A couple of observations, not complaints. The crew was hispanic, and since I forgot all the Spanish I learned in high school 30 years ago, I couldn't communicate with them too well until the foreman arrived a few minutes after the crew did. Once he got there, it was fine. The sales rep had already scoped out the job and marked the trees, so they knew what to do. Also, it's hard for them to predict the exact scheduling of these jobs. So, on the appointed day, I got a call from them saying they'd be over in about 10 minutes. It worked out fine as I was at the house. I had hoped for more warning in case I was out to lunch or something. I told the foreman that I'd prefer more notice. But, these are not complaints, just observations of dealing with them. Overall very happy.

Joe and his crew were very responsive and professional! Pricing is competitive! Arrived at scheduled time. They did a great job taking my trees down and clean up after! Can't wait to have them back for more tree removal. I will definitely recommend Georgia Tree Company to friends and family!

This company was great throughout the entire process. They were the first estimate that I received amongst three companies. Their initial estimate was $2,600 dollars, and I told them that I had 2 more estimates coming the next day. They called back the next day and asked where they were ranked amongst the other prices. I told them that they were in the middle and the lowest estimate price was $2,000 dollars to do the same work. They immediately said that if they could earn my business and referances that they would match that price. Someone came out about a week before the work to mark the trees that were being removed and trimmed and to get me to sign the contract. The next week on the day the removal was supposed to occur the crew was at the house bright and early, even on time at 8 in the morning. They removed 5 trees and trimmed two trees it took them about 8-9 hours. The work was done rapidly and safely. They made sure that any mess that they had created they cleaned up, even the bobcat marks from where they drove the bobcat in my yard. The next day the stump grinder came, and the logging company came as well to do the final touches. Overall the experience was amazing, and the gentleman who did my estimate was always able to be reached with a phone call.

They were very professional and prompt. Ben and Stuart showed up on time and answered all my questions. They were always available when I called and really wanted to do a great job. I would use them again.

Started preparing for the work late in the afternoon and showed up bright and early on the day they promised to start. Worked hard and all workers were polite and very experienced. No damage to anything even though they took down 70 ft tall trees. Cleaned up the site before leaving even though the job took a lttle more time than they estimated. Did not charge me for the extra time and stayed at the original quoted price. I have used three tree services over the 20 years I have lived in Atlanta and these are by far the best I have ever met or used.

I tried to dig up two crepe myrtles that took me hours. I decided to call a tree company and I was glad I did. I hesitated at first because I have dealt with tree companies in the past and not only are they hard to reach they are very expensive. Joe was very prompt in getting me a quote. He cut the trees the next morning. He also talked to me about other trees and we worked out a fair deal to do all of the trees I needed and the stumps. My neighbors even talked about how good of a job they did and he paid for a tree to be cut down as well. It also helps that they are a Christian company that is local to the area. He is the only tree guy I will call.

They are by far the best company I've ever had experience with. They were on time did work in a timely manner and the guy was there supervising the entire time to ensure the job got done properly. I will recommend them time and time again. And have done so to anyone I know needed tree services!

They did a good job. They were very convenient because they were working for our neighbor. They were well supervised. They did a careful job, using different color tape for each tree. They were efficient. They cleaned up when they finished. The price was fair.

It was ok. They were planning to leave the mess but I told them that's not what we agreed on. I had to pay $100 more for them to clean up. They did leave the trunks for firewood.

These guys are pretty good. As I recall we were happy with the price. They did a very good job. My wife handles those, but I think they were here pretty much on schedule so everything worked out fine. They were on time. I would probably use them in the future. I think others would be very happy if they use this guy.

They were not pushy and I didn't feel pressured to have the work done. I was able to ask questions and they were very patient in answering every single one. I was very pleased with the work they did at my home, as they were very neat and responsible. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a tree service.
