The repairman was punctual, courteous, and very professional. He made the repairs with no problem and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did everything he said he would, the pricing was fair. Quickly diagnosed problem and suggested best path to resolution

Friend of mine, referred this company, and I scheduled an appointment the same day. I told them the model number via the phone, and they sent tech with the right filter. Now I am back to drinking fresh water! Thank you Allartec for changing filter for a low price and making my home life easier.

My brand new dryer would shut off after running for a few minutes. The Technician(Jake) came the same day and on time. Once he diagnosed what was wrong, he advised me that the power outlet is not wired properly and that i would need to have the building maintenance or electrician correct the problem. I attempted to get the maintenance people to help me, but they seemed to have no idea how to correct the issue. The tech was nice enough to wait to make sure i got help. Once he heard that maintenance couldnt help, he offered to fix the power outlet issue even tho it was not his field of expertise. After 10 minutes of figuring it out. My dryer was running with no problems. He also checked my washer for free because i thought it was not working properly either. I will definitely use the company again and will recommend to all my friends and family. Very professional, friendly, and honest repairmen. He even warrantied the repair. Have not had any issues since. Excellent job!

TERRIBLE COMPANY! They tried to repair the dishwasher at my parents home, but i have to call to a different company to finish the job. Not professional at all.

Our oven died on Friday, and we were expecting house guests for the weekend. We called Atlanta Appliance Repair late in the afternoon. They promised to have someone come to do a diagnostic. We were totally prepared for the worst. Gena called in advance, showed up exactly on time. He pulled apart the insides and found a small wire connection issue. Oven is working again! He only charged the service call fee + extra $20 for quick fix, cleaned up and wished us a good day. He was super smart and professional. Thanks, Gena!

Before they did the work, they kept trying to sell me stuff. They said it was a problem with the washer.

We have a fairly new and expensive microwave-oven combo. It is a pain to replace and is no longer covered by the warranty. When it stopped functioning properly I was somewhat devastated as it is a pretty penny to buy a new one. I have used AAR before; therefore, decided to give them a call to see if they can help. They were wonderful as usual! Friendly, fast, on time, cost me way less than a replacement, and my beloved oven is functioning great again! I highly recommend using Atlanta Appliance Repair. The AAR has been a great company to work with and I am very happy with treatment that I have received from them. The entirety of the process from thier first visit in October and through second visit last week,has been great both in terms of the customer service and the job performance.The technician who showed up was prompt and on time friendly and courteous and overall I think I got a good value for the price paid. If I had to, I would use their service again and have recommended many of my family members and friends towards them. These folks do a good job and have a great work-ethic that is admirable. Timely and professional services. I highly recommend them!

They sent a specilist who I dont think they noramlly work with that didnt seem to know what he was doing, he didnt speak english and it was very difficult to communicate with him in order to do the job. He didnt even honor the deal in which I bought plus wasnt able to fix my freezer. I have no confidence whatever in this provider. I dont think the person they'd noramlly use was available which is why he was probably sent. I dont think he knew what he was doing at all.

Very impressed with the prompt (same day) service provided by AAR (Atlanta Appliance Repair) The technician (Jake), arrived within about 2 hours of initial call, diagnosed the problem, picked up the parts needed from the warehouse that day and returned within another day to complete the repair. I will definitely use AAR again for any other appliance repairs!!!!

He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately and had the repair part in his truck. The entire call lasted about 20 min. He was very neat and professional.

Eugene and Jake arrived within the time frame for my appointment. Both men were professional and they thoroughly examined my dryer. They explained what had happened to my dryer; my grandson's pajama top had been sucked into the dryer vent. They removed it and tested my dryer to see if it worked-it did. Thank goodness the pajama top did no other damage!! I was given a 30 day warranty on the work performed as well as my 10% discount for mentioning the ad in my Angie's list booklet; which is how I found Atlanta Appliances Repair. I will definitely use AAR in the future.

This is my third time when I was using this company. I called them about my dryer. The dryer was not working. Gena came today and replaced the dryer's fuse. They only charged me for service call. Thank you again! I will use them again and I would recommend this company for my friends and family!

Great job. Very courteous and professional. Let me know in advance that their parts supplier is closed on Saturday, but then was willing to take the model number from me and go ahead and buy the part in advance for the Saturday repair so that it could all be done in one service call. All this even though I was a first time customer and they did not know if I was reliable. Will definitely call them again if I need another appliance repair. Recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance repair done at a fair price and with good integrity.

I purchased an Angie's Deal for an appliance diagnostic call. I ran my dishwasher and it didn't drain. Purchased the deal on Saturday afternoon and my appointment was scheduled within the hour. The technician came to my home Monday morning during the assigned time. He quickly diagnosed the problem (it was the new garbage disposal, not the dishwasher) and drained the water from the dishwasher. Very pleasant and professional.

AAR is remarkable! This is the second time we have used them and are extremely satisfied.

I called them on Friday night, and Saturday morning Eugine came out and installed a brand new Whirlpool disposal. He supposed to charge me $220, but I asked me for discount and he gave me %10 off. Their prices are average but their Service is fast. I will use them again in the future.

I found them on the google, I called them and scheduled the same day appointment. The tech checked the fridge, gave me an estimate, I agreed on the price. Next day he came back with part and installed. Everything is working for two weeks now. Good quality service!
