One Time Interior House Cleaning
She showed up, ruined the finish on all my water faucets, got paid and left. I will not recommend or rehire. Emailed her and she was argumentative and rude.

"I apologize that you are not satisfied with our services, even though I worked really hard on it for hours without break. Since you have not seen your faucets for a while because of the limescales you probably did not know about the damage. It cannot do this amount of damage in one cleaning. I use very reliable chemicals like I have used "Lime a way" on your faucets. In the email I have offered you to come back because I really wanted you to be satisfied and make a long term working relationship. I'm honest but not argumentative, I'm sorry if the truth sounds rude. Sincerely Eva"

I hired Eva thru HomeAdvisor and I have nothing but good things to say about the service she provides. Eva works fast and efficiently and she works around my husband and I since we work from home. I would totally recommend Eva to anyone who needs a cleaning service and I would also like to say that she has been coming to our home for several months now and I would completely trust her even if we were not home.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
She didn't wipe the counter tops, they were supposed to clean the base boards, they didn't clean the bedrooms. They partially cleaned the home and now i have to hire someone else to clean my home, before it goes on the market in a week.

I was surprised when Eva came alone to do the job but she assured me she worked alone all the time.The job was a big job for one person but she handled it well.I stayed and asked her if there was something I could do to help her but she declined.I gave her a job description of what I wanted done for which she seemed pleased.I asked her if she would do the job again next year when we want it done and she said yes.she works fast but does the job well.
