DO NOT waste your money with this *inspector*. He is completely incompetent in performing inspection duties. He will not crawl under your house to complete his inspection if the crawl space is too narrow. If you have dry rot, mold, electrical issues, plumbing issues, etc. that will all get missed. I chose him 5 months ago and trusted his inspection. Now, I have dry rot, mold, plumbing, and electrical issues. I made a mistake hiring this guy. Take my advice and look elsewhere. If I would have known what I know now, I would have never purchased my home. I want my money back, John!
