John arrived when he said he would and performed his inspection professionally, answering all my questions. I received my report shortly thereafter via email including pictures. His work saved me the cost of a new roof for at least 5 years. Would definitely use him again. Well worth the cost!!

Roland Zapata did an excellent job for us in evaluating the state of our roof. He was professional, thorough and easy to talk to. He found a problem with a repair job that we had not noticed and provided us with a report that included photographs of the problem that we were able to use in talks with the repairing company. Overall really good but the documentation was shorter than I expected. Don't get me wrong, I would recommend them. The face to face communication and info was thorough. Very focused and clear communication about history of roof and what to expect in the future.
